The raised spa provides a throne from which to observe the pool with the orb sculpture in perfect alignment. The existing orb sculpture was moved to a strategic spot and lit from underneath to become even more prominent at night.

Gallery This project was created with a unique and innovative design with the premise of integrating the comforts of the inside with the harmonious nautical environment outside, achieving the feeling of floating amongst the sailboats and cruises. The Casa Barco de Hormigon is a totally different design than what is presented in current architecture. Inspired by the moorings, sailing and cruising environment, this majestic space is completely built of concrete with nautical lines never seen in modern architectural construction, The interior of the project boasts concrete overhangs, decorative wall details that surprise and invite observation of each space to discover that each detail is designed to appreciate. The design uses sunlight and moonlight to form geometric figures that move throughout the interior, changing the sensations according to the time of day and night, achieving design movements at different times. This natural light plays with the curved partitions and impressive staircase to make one experience every design detail with every step. With this project, one will surely experience different environmental changes at varying moments, For instance, the jacuzzi with waterfall integrates the river elevation surrounded by 12 foot palm trees situated inside the home, overlooking the moorings and cruises, Also, an unprecedented fire table for moments in the afternoon or winters outside add to the creative design. By integrating the views of the river from each and every one of its vantage points, , this makes this design creative and innovative with maximum expression.

Overlooking Cornelia is the 54-foot Chenocetah Tower built in the 1930s by the WPA and used until 1971 for fire observation on a seasonal basis. The Tower and its surroundings, including one of the largest stands of Rhododendron minor in the nation and Russell Lake Recreation Area are now part of the Chattahoochee National Forest. This renovation to a 1970's ranch house included relocating an unusable observation deck to the south elevation which affords 360 degree views of the city. Custom stainless steel and copper light fixtures illuminate both levels.

A&E Construction. This Pennington NJ remodel of a master bath en-suite features marble basketweave tile detailing and a generous walk-in shower area. One memorable aspect of this design is the continuous marble slab that simultaneously serves as a tub deck and continues into the shower area to serve as a bench seat. Golden stainless steel rectangle vessel bathroom sink is very good in appearance, comfort, durability, and workmanship. Because we used 3.0+1.0mm thick stainless steel, a high-quality brushed process, Anti-scratch and wear-resistant treatment on the surface, and arc-shaped corners to prevent accidental bumps and scratches during use. A well-material vessel sink is much more durable for bathroom use. We have also observed that buyers of some other sinks couldn't buy a suitable drain, so we equipped the vessel sink with the same high-quality pop-up drain, which can deodorize, prevent clogging, and drain quickly.

The owners envisioned an outdoor space that would allow them to enjoy the life cycles of the elements. The challenge was to blend the casualness of a true native Florida garden with the modern origami-inspired architecture. The crisp lines and bold hardscape textures and colors act as an interlude between the soft, seemingly unstructured flora and the sharp white building and walls. An edible garden, butterfly and larva attractants, and wildflower mixture allow the owners to experience the seasonal evolution of their landscape while recycled hardscape materials provide the access for observation.

Spectacular red granite boulders through out the rough landscape, harsh winds, intense heat and sometimes, even snow, were all horticultural challenges and inspirations on this beautiful Mediterranean seaside property. Nicholas Walker and his team worked in conjunction with his brother Malcolm to create a stunning series of Belgian Blue Stone terraces and pathways to connect the diverse sections of the property and integrate the indoor and outdoor living experience. They designed a sheltered cactus oasis, organic culinary garden and an intimate Ipe observation deck as virtual rooms linked by the elegant stone pathways and framed by the sea.

Aesthetic Value: The subtle lines and light color of the radiata pine stringer model spiral provide nice contrast with the eccentric iron balustrade. Laser cut Tinkerbells and abstract Mickey Mouse and fireworks elements contribute unique detail. Stair Safety: The balustrade rejects a 4" sphere in all areas despite the complex detail of the components and floating rail above the laser cut elements. Quality: The balustrade features predominantly laser cut sections fabricated with minimal visible welds and custom finished in-house with a three step guilders paste application. Technical Challenge: Creating the complex ironwork design in a way that has aesthetically pleasing sections that fit the theme and space. Attention to meticulous details that convey the theme even at deepest levels of observing the stair.
