With the global pandemic raging on, my clients were looking to add extra livable space in their home with a home office and workout studio. Our goal was to make this space feel like you're connected to nature and fun social activities that were once a main part of our lives. We used color, naturescapes and soft textures to turn this basement from bland beige to fun, warm and inviting.

This project was a primary suite remodel that we began pre-pandemic. The primary bedroom was an addition to this waterfront home and we added character with bold board-and-batten statement wall, rich natural textures, and brushed metals. The primary bathroom received a custom white oak vanity that spanned over nine feet long, brass and matte black finishes, and an oversized steam shower in Zellige-inspired tile.

This artistic and design-forward family approached us at the beginning of the pandemic with a design prompt to blend their love of midcentury modern design with their Caribbean roots. With her parents originating from Trinidad & Tobago and his parents from Jamaica, they wanted their home to be an authentic representation of their heritage, with a midcentury modern twist. We found inspiration from a colorful Trinidad & Tobago tourism poster that they already owned and carried the tropical colors throughout the house — rich blues in the main bathroom, deep greens and oranges in the powder bathroom, mustard yellow in the dining room and guest bathroom, and sage green in the kitchen. This project was featured on Dwell in January 2022.

An absolute residential fantasy. This custom modern Blue Heron home with a diligent vision- completely curated FF&E inspired by water, organic materials, plenty of textures, and nods to Chanel couture tweeds and craftsmanship. Custom lighting, furniture, mural wallcovering, and more. This is just a sneak peek, with more to come. This magnificent living room in Cheval was painstakingly worked on through the pandemic. New floors, windows, texture on the walls, paint, and furniture. This is a very small space where we were able to create openness, light, and luxury the homeowner wanted. We even removed the fireplace. The results were nothing short of spectacular.

This is the second time we worked for this client. We just love their new home! Notice our gray swivel bar stools, with black iron legs, which look great next to the gray island. We were able to provide those within weeks of move in day, even during pandemic shortages!
