When designer Rachel Peterson of Simply Baths, Inc. first met this young, stylish couple at their house they had a small handful of items they knew they really wanted in their master bathroom: a freestanding tub, a chandelier, a larger shower and more counter space. But the truth was, the bath needed a major face-lift. The space was outdated and lacked personality. It certainly didn't reflect the homeowners and their elegant aesthetic. The combination of stone and wood tiles lends just enough of a rustic flair to bring a little bit of the outdoors in and while helping to balance some of the feminine elements in the room with simple masculine touches. A contemporary open concept Living/Dining space with an Asian flair! This small space became the perfect conversation area with a few, but elegant elements. Each item in the space (vintage or new) was chosen with the intention of bringing character and unique personality to every corner. The end result was a perfect marriage of old and new, blending different styles to create a simple, beautiful design.

We worked with Drew Scott of the Property Brothers to furnish this tiny attic space in his personal SoCal home with a revolving LGM wall bed. The LGM features a full-height shelving system with 42 linear feet of space, allowing this space to function as an office when the bed is not in use. Thanks to its patented Italian design, the LGM keeps all of your shelf items neatly in place even when the bed is open.

This was a unique project for us at City Front Terrace in the harbor of Downtown San Diego. We had a blast with our clients here as they had some very unique and personal items they had collected from their travels over many years. Some furniture pieces they wanted to hold on to but were open to repurposing. We were able to find a way to combine both HIS and HER design preferences and needs into one cohesive plan that kept all of their favorite pieces and made them SHINE!

This was a unique project for us at City Front Terrace in the harbor of Downtown San Diego. We had a blast with our clients here as they had some very unique and personal items they had collected from their travels over many years. Some furniture pieces they wanted to hold on to but were open to repurposing. We were able to find a way to combine both HIS and HER design preferences and needs into one cohesive plan that kept all of their favorite pieces and made them SHINE!

This beautifully rustic master was a study in mixing what you have with new items. The client had the furniture from her previous home and we decided to paint the room in warm colors such as terracotta and gold. These were our inspiration for the bedding fabrics, which include faux tooled leather, fur and printed chenille. The drapery panels are done in a solid with the same print as the bedding as a border down the length of the panel. We commissioned a gorgeous work of art and the room was pulled together perfectly. The kids photos add the personal touch.

New full-height cabinetry and drawer storage maximize organization within the walk-through closet connecting the primary bedroom and ensuite bath. The added storage provides concealed space for clothing and personal items while maintaining the clean, contemporary design of this luxury condominium.
