Sometimes monochromatic color scheme and large strokes can make a small space feel grand. Blurring the line between the floor and walls creates perception of a taller space. This small ADU bathroom has all the attributes of a larger multi-functional space even doubles as a laundry room. Ample cabinet and drawer storage, open shelves for an easy access to toiletries, two sinks, washer and dryer, counter space for folding laundry and private toilet area are all carefully designed to fit modest 7'6" by 8'6" space. Careful color selection and a skylight gives it a crisp and bright backdrop .

“Sassy Green” was selected as bight modern kid friendly wall color to contrast to the transitional natural colors in the room. The height and rounded edges on the Kohler Archer tub and Persuade raised dual flush soft close toilet seat were selected for ease of use on joints but also make cleaning a breeze.

This compact bathroom received a complete remodel including the removing the wall between the shower and toilet along with straightening the wall behind the vanity. These changes made a huge impact on the visual size of this compact space. The custom double apron tub created the open concept along with the custom vanity with an angle to again give more space while also providing valuable storage. The beautifully elegant wall of tile coupled with the durable and gorgeous quartz countertop create a lux feel in this little bathroom.
