This project was designed with with a neutral color concept that would appeal to a large audience. We Incorporated contemporary elements throughout the home to give an elegant updated feel. The interior walls are painted our favorite color Sculptor Clay by Behr. The flooring is a laminate product from the lake series collection by Pacific Materials, Color “Glacier”. The cabinetry is a semi custom product by Homecrest. Cherry wood with a dark espresso stain and Shaker style doors . The Countertops are a Quartz product from Silestone called “Blanco City”. The stainless steel appliances are from Whirlpool and the kitchen Backsplash is from Emser tile (The Unique Collection, Color is Lyric). The Bathroom tile is a 12X24 Skybridge “off white” from Dal Tile, the plumbing fixtures are all Delta “Ara” Chrome finished. The home was perfectly staged by our exclusive partners at Onstage Staging. This project finished with phenomenal feedback and a wonderful new owner.

Complete Gut Renovation: DOB Permit required for 2 Bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath prewar in estate condition. Created a great open room for kitchen/dining/living room by removing walls between kitchen and living room, opening doorways, changing and adding closets, upgrading electric to 100 AMPs. The additional glass double depth storage over the peninsula opened the space between the kitchen and the dining/living room. The washer and dryer were included, with the bonus of a true powder room off the kitchen. The refinished dark original floors were a perfect finish for a phenomenal transformation! Talk about a statement piece, am I right?!!!! This stair runner is absolutely stunning, it’s elegant yet subtle in a way. We loved this pattern the customer chose, it is definitely up there with one of our most favorites designs for stair runners. This pattern would also look amazing in a hall runner, area rug or even wall to wall carpet! Thank you, Jay, our fantastic installer for doing a phenomenal job!

This beautiful rustic home set at the base of a ski resort in Wyoming has a simple balcony that has quite the view. The hand rail was fabricated out of steel and exhibits mass and safety without obstructing the view. This phenomenal staircase’s stingers were fabricated out of steel and then wrapped in wood for its grand design. It looks as if it is hovering over the floor and not attached to anything. The basic round gas fireplace was crafted out of steel and coated in a clear urethane to protect it from rusting. Screens were fabricated and hung in the chimney for safety to keep birds out and are removable to ease cleaning.

The Family Room included a sofa, coffee table, and piano that the family wanted to keep. We wanted to ensure that this space worked with higher volumes of foot traffic, more frequent use, and of course… the occasional spills. We used an indoor/outdoor rug that is soft underfoot and brought in the beautiful coastal aquas and blues with it. A sturdy oak cabinet atop brass metal legs makes for an organized place to stash games, art supplies, and toys to keep the family room neat and tidy, while still allowing for a space to live. Even the remotes and video game controllers have their place. Behind the media stand is a feature wall, done by our contractor per our design, which turned out phenomenally! It features an exaggerated and unique diamond pattern. We love to design spaces that are just as functional, as they are beautiful.

Fact: Taj Mahal Quartzite looks phenomenal with *any* cabinet finish. This stone is one of our favorites for its polished marble look and fantastic durability.
