You get to do the fun part of approving the design, picking your materials and making selections with our guidance and we take care of everything else. We provide you with 3D and 4D conceptual designs so that you can see your project come to life. Materials such as tile, fixtures, sinks, shower enclosures, flooring, cabinetry and countertops are ordered through us, inspected by us and installed by us. We are also a fabricator, so we fabricate all the countertops. We assign and manage the schedule and the workers that will be in your home taking care of the installation. We provide painting, electrical, plumbing as well as cabinetry services for your project from start to finish. So, when I say we do it, we truly do it all!

These clients wanted a pick me up for their cramped, tired master bath and ended up with a luxurious master, complete with free standing soaking tub and plasma television. Taking advantage of the high ceilings, they added tall mirrors and a tower on the vanity, drawing the eye up and creating a spacious feel. A neutral color palette, accentuates the zen-like feel, while details like the mosaic in the shower, the wood-look tile floor and free standing tub provide the Wow Factor. Kudos to our homeowners for a job well done!

LandCrafters, LLCA re-circulating water feature was a late addition by our clients. It was connect to the redone irrigation system and has an auto-fill feature for easier care. The feature itself was integrated within the cut stone Eden retaining wall. Outcropping stones were hand selected from the quarry and three were then selected to be drilled for the bubbling water. To add an element of whimsy, our clients picked out a spitting turtle statue. LED up-lights provide interest at night.

Measuring 18’0” x 48’0”, the pool is 3’6” at the shallow end and has a 6’0” deep at the opposite end. The pool is equipped with an automatic safety cover with a custom stone walk-on lid system. The raised water feature has a raised brick wall with a curved capstone, Limestone-cladded basin and weir openings to create a unique spillway underneath the statuary. The stone and brick pick up the same elements from the house, providing symmetry in the space. Laminar flow fountain jets surround the perimeter of the pool, providing an additional vertical element to the space.

Misiaszek Turpin pllcThe 800 square-foot guest cottage is located on the footprint of a slightly smaller original cottage that was built three generations ago. With a failing structural system, the existing cottage had a very low sloping roof, did not provide for a lot of natural light and was not energy efficient. Utilizing high performing windows, doors and insulation, a total transformation of the structure occurred. A combination of clapboard and shingle siding, with standout touches of modern elegance, welcomes guests to their cozy retreat.
The cottage consists of the main living area, a small galley style kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and sleeping loft above. The loft construction was a timber frame system utilizing recycled timbers from the Balsams Resort in northern New Hampshire. The stones for the front steps and hearth of the fireplace came from the existing cottage’s granite chimney. Stylistically, the design is a mix of both a “Cottage” style of architecture with some clean and simple “Tech” style features, such as the air-craft cable and metal railing system. The color red was used as a highlight feature, accentuated on the shed dormer window exterior frames, the vintage looking range, the sliding doors and other interior elements.

Their mission was to transform the dated guest bathroom into an updated and sleek space.
Their old master bathroom had outdated colors, so we used modern and brighter colors to provide a new feel & look.
The new quartz countertops are Della Terra Calacatta Bellatrix and the vanity backsplash is Islandia Hawaiian Chevron glass tile.
The old shower bathtub was removed to create a new and open custom shower. They picked great design items that all flowed well together. The new shower wall tile is Tru Marmi Arabescato Polished from AZ Tile.
They selected Tru Marmi Arabescato Matte 4in Hexagon for the shower floor tile.
Also, we installed a new wall niche and vertical tile band with Islandia Hawaiian Chevron glossy tile.
The new frameless tempered clear glass provides plenty of space to enter and exit the shower while providing a clean and simple look.
Haven Design and ConstructionThis spacious primary bath is filled with natural light and elegant neutrals. The taupe cabinetry picks up the warmth of the porcelain marble herringbone floor tile. An elegant soaking tub takes center stage, while spacious flanking vanities provide plenty of countertop space and storage. Custom mirror frames were installed to match the custom cabinetry. Sparkling lighting fixtures complete the space.
Drewett WorksDesigned to embrace an extensive and unique art collection including sculpture, paintings, tapestry, and cultural antiquities, this modernist home located in north Scottsdale’s Estancia is the quintessential gallery home for the spectacular collection within. The primary roof form, “the wing” as the owner enjoys referring to it, opens the home vertically to a view of adjacent Pinnacle peak and changes the aperture to horizontal for the opposing view to the golf course. Deep overhangs and fenestration recesses give the home protection from the elements and provide supporting shade and shadow for what proves to be a desert sculpture. The restrained palette allows the architecture to express itself while permitting each object in the home to make its own place. The home, while certainly modern, expresses both elegance and warmth in its material selections including canterra stone, chopped sandstone, copper, and stucco.

Pineapple House Interior DesignOn the far left of the windows, a new sliding glass door has replaced a set of windows that formed the bay. The designers wanted to grant immediate access to the home's most central deck, so they replaced the window area with the doors. They allow the homeowner to easily grill for the family and provides more roaming room for the pets. When open, it creates cross ventilation with the family/keeping room's doors when they are stacked back.
