Hex tile floors, new tile shower, frameless glass shower doors, new painted cabinetry, granite countertop and plumbing fixtures really make this small space attractive, functional and is a major improvement over the previous version.

This second floor laundry room was part of a whole house renovation and addition completed by Normandy Remodeling. Award winning designer Vince Weber created this space for the homeowners in order to add convenience and functionality to their new addition.

Inspiration for a cottage two-story house exterior remodel in San Francisco with a metal roof

This is the first room we walk into from the garage before entering the main house. With three kids and so much school, sports and activities to keep track of as well as trying to keep the laundry out of the way, this project helped us be more efficient in using storage space. Everything now has a place!

The cost for this project was just under $600 for mounting the TV and running power and cable line down the pipe. The 40″ TV, wall mount bracket, and final cable hook-up was not included. Costs may vary, call for an estimate.
