I needed to have a commercial style toilet flush unit replacement work done at my condo. While the replacement work itself was not complicated and laborious for a plumber who has a Master Plumber license, Simon made sure the work was done right the first time due to the number of people that was affected from the main water shutoff required at the condo building. He came to my unit to take measurements and evaluate the issues before making an appointment with me and the building management to do the actual work.
