This beautifully designed home office showcases the power of 3D rendering to bring a vision to life before any construction begins. From the initial concept to the final design, every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed. Natural light floods the space, highlighting warm wood textures, soft fabrics, and a seamless connection to the outdoors—creating a workspace that’s both functional and inspiring.

Grays are HUGE right now and they are still gaining momentum, proving to be a design trend with staying power. Classic yet fresh, grays are the perfect neutral with personality. By using a darker gray on the fireplace and behind the shelves on the build-ins, we were able to add visual interest to this space by drawing the eye in and highlighting the beautiful craftsmanship and traditional brick fireplace.

Sip into Style: Maple Latte Remodel
Kitchens are often the centerpiece of our homes, a place where culinary creativity meets family gatherings. Yet, many kitchens fall victim to outdated designs and worn-out finishes. If you’re feeling uninspired by your current space, it’s time to consider a remodel that can elevate your kitchen from drab to fab.
Let’s explore how we transformed this client’s kitchen into a posh, stylish retreat that featured a combination of stunning materials and thoughtful design choices that truly elevated the space.
Creating an Open Concept
One of the most significant changes anyone can make in a home remodel is to modify or remove walls. Even though there were two points of entry into this client’s kitchen, the space was closed off. Opening up the wall instantly created a more open and inviting layout that allowed for the installation of a large island. Eliminating the barrier between the kitchen and the adjacent living area, provides a seamless flow that is perfect for entertaining guests or simply keeping an eye on the kids while cooking dinner.
A Showstopping Island
At the heart of this kitchen remodel is an expansive 9 ft. island, designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The island features a stunning White Pearl natural quartzite countertop that radiates elegance. With its unique veining and shimmering finish, this stone serves as a beautiful focal point and adds a touch of luxury to the space. A beverage cooler and dishwasher are tucked underneath, concealed from the view of the living area. Three 12” deep and 36” wide cabinets line the front of the island providing additional hidden storage. This multifunctional design makes the island an essential part of daily life in the kitchen, making it a cozy spot for casual dining or morning coffee.
Complementary Perimeter Countertops
To enhance the overall look, the perimeter countertops are topped with Silestone Eternal Charcoal. This material offers a striking contrast to the lighter island, featuring rich, dark hues that ground the space and create depth. The durability and easy maintenance of Silestone make it an ideal choice for busy kitchens, ensuring that the surfaces remain beautiful and functional for years to come.
Beautiful Cabinetry
The cabinetry in this remodel plays a pivotal role in both style and storage. We opted for Waypoint Cabinetry in a Maple Latte finish, which adds warmth and sophistication to the kitchen. The soft, neutral tones of the cabinetry complement the countertops beautifully and create a cohesive look throughout the space. The cabinets are thoughtfully designed to provide ample storage, with pull-out shelves and organizers that maximize accessibility.
Finishing Touches
No remodel is complete without the right finishing touches. We chose sleek, modern matte black Top Knobs hardware that enhances the cabinetry's clean lines while adding a touch of contemporary flair. The 2 ½” x 10” San Marcos Tortora stylish backsplash tile, a striking black hood with brushed gold accents and brushed gold large pendant lighting tie together the colors and textures of the room, adding visual interest.
The Result: A Dream Kitchen
The result of this kitchen remodel is nothing short of spectacular. The combination of the open layout, stunning island, and thoughtful materials creates a space that is both functional and beautiful.
Whether you’re considering a full kitchen remodel or simply looking for inspiration, this project highlights the transformative power of thoughtful design and quality materials. This transitional style kitchen remodel is the heart and soul of this Yardley, PA home, with the perfect marriage of form and function. The combination of white and gray finish DuraSupreme kitchen cabinets, accented by Top Knobs hardware and granite countertops, create a stunning visual effect. Each cabinet houses well-planned specialized storage, including glass front cabinetry and a beverage bar with pull outs. A walk-in pantry provides ample room to store all your cooking essentials. Custom features like the Jay Rambo hood, stainless insert under the range, and Walker Zanger decorative tile feature set this kitchen design apart. The main sink by Julien includes a drain board, colander, and drying rack with a Grohe pull-down faucet, and the secondary sink from Elkay is a hammered stainless sculpted metal sink. The kitchen features top of the line appliances including Subzero refrigerators, a Sharp microwave drawer, Wolf cooking appliances, a Bosch dishwasher, and Kitchenaid ice maker. Task Lighting angled power strips offer space to plug in appliances and charge devices. The Eco Timber engineered wood floor gives the entire space a warm, inviting appearance.

This 1950s home was sporting elements of the original kitchen and the dark space was not meeting our client’s needs. The original kitchen didn’t have much to offer in the way of functionality, so our first order of business was to create a design that would exponentially increase the usability of the kitchen. We brought in functional cabinetry, introduced uninterrupted work surfaces, and added plenty of lighting to brighten up their kitchen. They also wanted to open the new kitchen to the living room and create space for a larger dining table, so we started by removing the existing cabinetry that was visually cut the living space in two and minimized the power of the dramatic vaulted ceiling. We also extended the wood flooring into the kitchen as well to create seamless transitions between spaces.
We fell in love with the idea of a two-toned cabinetry design for this kitchen and ultimately went head over heels for clean white painted base cabinets and a textured wood-look melamine on the uppers. This gave us a crisp backdrop that allowed us to bring is fun forms like the black light fixture over the table and the gorgeous silhouettes on the hardware. We played a lot with directionality in this space. The elongated open shelves and rectangular backsplash tiles give us wonderfully clean horizontal lines, but to balance those out we brought in a vertical grain pattern on the wall cabinets and added long black cabinetry pulls that emphasize the verticality of the space. The clients have a green thumb and wanted to make sure we created a home for their growing plant collection. The open shelving gives us plenty of opportunities for foliage and to showcase fun kitchen accessories. This design feels like home and brings together the clean lines and crisp finishes our clients were looking.

Set in a serene, light-filled modern home, this kitchen exudes both warmth and bold sophistication. At the heart of it all is a 42" hand-finished stainless steel Paragon™ workstation sink by Rachiele®—a showpiece that redefines what it means to cook in comfort and style. Designed for seamless performance and intuitive use, the sink offers a dual-tier ledge system that transforms it from a simple basin into a fully integrated prep zone. From chopping and rinsing to plating and cleaning, every task flows effortlessly thanks to custom-fit accessories that move along the interior ledge system.
The gleaming stainless steel sink makes a striking statement against the deep, dramatic veining of the black soapstone island. Paired with a matte black extended-reach faucet and a matching air switch, the entire workstation reads as both refined and powerful. Each element was selected not just for its visual impact, but for how it supports the rhythm of daily life in the kitchen—from quick weekday breakfasts to sprawling weekend dinner prep.
Every detail of this space was curated with intention: the crisp cabinetry, the understated lighting, and the seamless view out to the treetops all reinforce the idea that a kitchen should be as beautiful as it is functional. Crafted in the USA and built to last, the Paragon™ sink doesn’t just meet expectations—it elevates them.

The homeowners wanted to transform their dining room into a more open, functional, and visually connected space while honoring the home’s modern, mid-century style. Their main goals included removing the massive wall of rough-textured cabinetry, adding a view of the backyard from the front door, creating a serving area with multiple outlets for small appliances, incorporating deep drawers for linens, and adding display space. They also wanted quarter sawn oak cabinetry with hardware instead of the nail breaking routed pocket pulls, black accents, and a backsplash tile in a fun color or shape.
Originally, the wall separating the dining room from the kitchen was slated for removal, but engineering requirements made this cost prohibitive. Instead, we collaborated with an architect and engineer to design a passthrough that maintained structural integrity. During construction, hidden HVAC was discovered, prompting us to build the wall out further, resulting in a deeper 16" passthrough; a happy accident that created an ideal display area with puck lighting.
The cabinetry features Crystal Cabinet Works’ Encore frameless line in Quarter Sawn White Oak with a Natural matte finish, paired with matte black ladder shelves for display. A tiled, extra-deep toekick covered in matching floor tile gives the appearance of floating cabinetry while ensuring easy, mop-friendly maintenance. The wall is finished in matte square Nemo tile with glossy accents, adding vibrant color and texture. Cambria’s Smithfield quartz countertops provide a durable serving surface, while black floor tile with a metallic finish grounds the design.
Now, the dining room serves as a hub for entertaining, with ample space for serving dishes, convenient power access, and a direct sightline from the kitchen to the backyard.
Ready for a dining space that serves looks as well as dinner? Pull up a chair and let’s talk.

Gutted this Master Bath to the studs, removed carpet flooring, oversized sunken tub, old vanities & tile countertops, brought in tile floors throughout, new floating cabinets with lights underneath, vessel sinks with wall mounted faucets, built-in mirrored medicine cabinet with power for Her hair appliances, & HIs matching built-in mirror, modern lighting, tiled walls to the ceiling, a brand new walk-in closet, a 1 pc, toilet with dual flush & recessed cabinet storage above.

This home was redesigned to reflect the homeowners' personalities through intentional and bold design choices, resulting in a visually appealing and powerfully expressive environment.
This captivating dining room design features a striking bold blue palette that mingles with elegant furniture while statement lights dangle gracefully above. The rust-toned carpet adds a warm contrast, completing a sophisticated and inviting ambience.

This Sherman Oaks ADU interior captures the power of intentional design, soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and integrated LED cove lighting create a luminous architectural canopy that instantly elevates the space.
The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a sculptural quartz island wrapped in soft sage cabinetry, delivering both visual impact and functional efficiency. Wide plank flooring expands the footprint, while strategic window placement maximizes natural light, making this ADU feel dramatically larger than its square footage.
Designed as a high-yield investment property, this build balances refined aesthetics with rental market appeal, creating a premium living experience that drives long-term value and strong return on investment.

As you can see, a beautiful, dark-stained patio ceiling rises high over this patio addition design. Here's the "before" shot of the white Hardie panel ceiling before we replaced it with the dark tongue and groove boards:
Atop this wood patio ceiling is a 210-square-foot hipped roof extension off the existing house, with red brick, white trim and grey composite shutters matching the existing house. Underneath the patio ceiling sits a new outdoor kitchen and a fireplace with a seating area.
The outdoor kitchen island includes a raised countertop with bar seating for six and the following Renaissance Cooking Systems (RCS) stainless steel appliances: drop-in cooler, horizontal door, sink , single access door, trash door, 30-inch Cutlass Pro grill, double drawer/door and lowered power burner.
The gas-burning fireplace features a mounted flat-screen TV, a wooden mantel and a flagstone hearth that matches the pool coping. The family's existing wicker patio furniture was placed in the new seating area around the fireplace.
We really love the finishing materials in this patio addition design. The fireplace and exterior walls of the kitchen island are dry-stacked Chardonnay ledgestone. The countertop is Spectrus granite.
As this 3D graphic rendering shows, the new stamped concrete patio features a Versailles pattern with a contrasting border. The 645-square-foot patio under the roof addition is a lighter tan and the 1,580-square-foot patio around the pool and firepit is a darker tan, visual distinction between the two areas.

Exquisite setting, visually powerful, intellectual elegance, and timeless design are a few phrases that we feel are brought to life in this site! Stone seating walls, a brick and stone fireplace, and bluestone patio are the trifecta of site functions that engage the homeowners and their guests.

Sun Shore Construction took on the challenge of transforming an old staircase into a modern masterpiece in one of our recent projects. The staircase, once a dated feature of the home, was given a complete makeover, turning it into a stunning focal point that marries functionality with style.
The journey began with the removal of the old staircase, making way for a fresh, modern design. We installed new stair treads, giving the staircase a solid foundation and a sleek look. The walls surrounding the staircase were also replaced, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
But the true highlight of this project was the installation of LED lights for each step. This not only added a unique design element but also improved the safety and functionality of the staircase. Each step was illuminated, providing clear visibility even in low light conditions.
The result was a transformed staircase that brought a modern touch to the home. The LED lights added a dramatic effect, creating a visually stunning feature that is as practical as it is beautiful.
At Sun Shore Construction, we believe in the power of transformation. With our expertise and commitment to quality, we can turn any part of your home into a modern, stylish space that you'll love.

This home was redesigned to reflect the homeowners' personalities through intentional and bold design choices, resulting in a visually appealing and powerfully expressive environment.
In the home office, a sleek table is a focal point, complemented by a plush armchair and ottoman, providing comfort and style. Elegant decor, including captivating artwork and guitars adorning the walls, transforms the space into a harmonious blend of functionality and personal expression.
