Remarkable Condo Transformation at Grand Preserve
Welcome to our latest project reveal: the stunning transformation of a 2,885 SF luxury condo. Join us as we take you on a room-by-room tour of this beautiful space and share the before and after moments that will leave you speechless. From a completely upgraded kitchen to a luxurious master bathroom, the results of our redesign have created an elegant, comfortable, and inviting living space that perfectly blends style and functionality. Let's dive in and explore the meticulous details of this awe-inspiring transformation.
Reworked Front Entryway:
A first impression sets the tone for the overall experience, and that is precisely what we aimed to achieve with the front entryway. We reconfigured this area to make it more welcoming and functional, adding stylish yet practical elements that would make any guest feel instantly at home. By removing a large, outdated built-in console, we gave this space an instant refresh and created a more visually harmonious entryway.
Completely Upgraded Kitchen:
The heart of every home is the kitchen, and this luxury condo got the full treatment. We replaced the old cabinetry with new, contemporary flat front cabinets, and installed white quartz countertops that ooze elegance. The addition of a new white beauty quartz island provides ample space for meal prep or casual dining, while the custom tile backsplash adds a stunning visual element. As the cherry on top, we installed top-of-the-line appliances for the ultimate cooking experience.
Open Floor Plan:
To create a more open and inviting living space, we removed the wall between the morning room and dining room. This smart design move allowed natural light to flow through the entire space, making it feel even larger and more welcoming. By connecting these two areas visually and physically, we created the perfect setting for entertaining guests or enjoying a cozy night in.
Master Bedroom Makeover:
The master bedroom needed a breath of fresh air, and that's exactly what it got. We removed the dated carpeting and replaced it with new, elegant flooring that gives the room a more sophisticated and polished appearance. In this sanctuary, you can now enjoy a soothing and tranquil retreat away from everyday life.
Master Bath Overhaul:
A complete overhaul was in order for the master bathroom, and we went all out to create a spa-like oasis. The once-cramped space was opened up, and new, stunning flooring was installed. We added custom cabinetry for optimal storage and organization, and topped them with gorgeous new white quartz countertops. The shower was upgraded with elegant tile and the addition of a practical yet luxurious shower seat.
New Exterior Sliding doors:
Last but not least, we made a significant improvement to the exterior of the luxury condo by adding new, high-quality sliding doors. These not only enhance the condo's aesthetic appeal but also create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience by providing easy access to a breathtaking outdoor space.
This remarkable luxury condo transformation attests to the positive impact of thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship. Every detail of the project reflects our dedication to delivering a comfortable and stylish haven for our clients. The end result? A 2,885 SF wonderland that elevates everyday living and provides the perfect backdrop for making memories that will last a lifetime. We hope this transformation inspires you to reimagine your own living spaces and create the sanctuary you've been dreaming of.

The client’s hired us to update this small post war apartment which didn’t appear to have ever been renovated since the buildings construction in 1964. The kitchen and bathroom were outdated and were fully gutted. In doing so we decided to open up the apartment in general by removing the wall that separated the kitchen from the living space to create a more open plan. The resulting design is an exercise in ultra-minimalism. The rear wall of the kitchen was outfitted with floor to ceiling cabinetry fit with custom satin lacquer doors and minimal white pulls. The custom paneled refrigerator integrates seamlessly within this wall to create a white backdrop for the kitchen. A peninsula was created opposite to give a work surface and to house the sink and range. Starkly contrasting black metal clad doors were chosen for this run of cabinetry. The unique metal doors have integrated pulls that are cut and folded from the metal cladding. The peninsula is topped in a faux concrete quartz surface. New wide plank walnut flooring was laid throughout the kitchen, living, and bedroom to giving the space a look of continuity. Trim was kept to a minimum, removing from all doors and windows and using only where absolutely necessary at the base of the walls. To achieve the look in the monochromatic bathroom, large format grey porcelain tile was laid in a careful grid; white metal floating shelves and the medicine cabinet were installed to precisely align with both the tile grid and the overhead linear LED fixture.

San Francisco Design helped their client achieve his goal of a textural space with Floor to Ceiling Texture. Our Onda2 pattern finished in white paint is precisely what they needed. With a wall covered in windows, white Onda2 reflects enough light to create a central focus on texture and will enhance other textural elements like textiles and fabrics.

Refined simplicity defines this clean, contemporary staircase. Dark solid oak treads contrast beautifully with crisp white risers, square balusters, and newels, creating a striking visual rhythm. The design includes a thoughtful landing that doubles as a reading nook, transforming a transitional space into a destination.
White railing runs the full length of the stairwell, maintaining the home's bright, minimalist aesthetic while providing safety and structure. Every element was precisely crafted to meet the architect and builder's exacting vision, demonstrating how attention to detail and modern machining capabilities can bring refined designs to life.

With a vision of a establishing a working farm and finding a bucolic locale for hosting their extended family, a retiring couple acquired 400 acres of gently rolling hills along the Duck River, approximately fifty miles from downtown Nashville. From there, they assembled a talented team of design professionals to reimagine the existing, historic 1800s farmhouse that sat on the property. Completed less than two years ago, the 9,000 sq.ft. home's elegant simplicity offered this family a timeless pastoral retreat - precisely what the owners had in mind. Woodneck Beach
West Falmouth, MA
On a clear day, this classic, shingle style home enjoys views of Cuttyhunk Island to the southwest and the Cape Cod Canal railroad bridge to the north. The widow’s walk, aptly named “The Sunset Deck”, was oriented precisely on the line of the setting sun on the summer solstice. An arched, drive-through portal bisects the garage, connects the formal driveway with the parking court and frames the view to the marsh beyond.

Upper Valley Estate Curb Appeal – El Paso, Texas
This curb appeal transformation was conceived as a deliberate sequence—an arrival experience where architecture, landscape, and lighting work together as one. Every element was designed to honor the home’s stone construction, turreted forms, and Old World character while responding precisely to the Upper Valley climate and lifestyle.
By day, the experience is grounded and composed. Brick-edged concrete drives establish order and permanence, guiding movement through the property with clarity and intention. Natural stone walls and columns anchor the architecture, while layered gravel beds, drought-tolerant plantings, and manicured turf soften transitions and connect the home to its desert setting. Mature trees were preserved and carefully integrated, providing scale, shade, and a sense of continuity.
As afternoon shifts toward sunset, the materials begin to speak differently. Stone warms, textures deepen, and sightlines subtly draw the eye toward the front entry. The landscape narrows the focus, creating a moment of pause before arrival—calm, quiet, and refined.
At night, the design reveals its final layer. Low-voltage lighting is integrated with precision, washing stone surfaces, tracing architectural curves, and uplighting specimen trees to create depth without glare. The drive, walkways, and entry feel safe, legible, and inviting, while the home itself glows with a restrained elegance. Coming home after dark feels intentional—protected, welcoming, and unmistakably yours.
What was created is more than curb appeal. It is a cohesive design-build solution where nothing is ornamental without purpose and nothing is built without intention. A daily experience of arrival that reflects craftsmanship, care, and the enduring character of the Upper Valley.
