Each space in this estate is designed to enjoy the beautiful views ailed by the use of a wall to wall glass windows. The backyard is made to enjoy outdoor living and entertaining with a TV area, kitchen, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a basketball court. The upstairs floor has balconies all around with glass railings for unhindered views and a minimalistic look, with an additional outside lounge area. Spotlights lined on the edge of the roof for the perfect outdoor lighting, reflecting in the pool in the evening. This family loves the outdoor life and we made sure they could enjoy the outdoors even from the inside.

This ocean-front shingled Gambrel style house is home to a young family with little kids who lead an active, outdoor lifestyle. My goal was to create a bespoke, colorful and eclectic interior that looked sophisticated and fresh, but that was tough enough to withstand salt, sand and wet kids galore. The palette of coral and blue is an obvious choice, but we tried to translate it into a less expected, slightly updated way, hence the front door! Liberal use of indoor-outdoor fabrics created a seamless appearance while preserving the utility needed for this full time seaside residence. photo: Michael J Lee Photography

Bright white marble subway tile with lots of veining makes for a pretty shower. The shower niche is accented with a wave mosaic tile. A frameless shower with 'barn door' rollers allows you to enjoy the finishes without bulky hardware.

This sophisticated home bar strikes a perfect balance between function and high-end design. Open floating shelves stretch across the wall, showcasing an impressive bottle collection beneath a striking hexagon-pattern tile backsplash that climbs all the way to the ceiling. Rich, dark wood cabinets offer storage and depth, while glass-front cabinets elegantly display glassware for easy access. A large beverage fridge ensures everything stays chilled and ready. The bar is finished with a sleek gold faucet and matching water spout above the integrated sink, while open-back bar stools sit neatly at the wood-topped counter—inviting guests to gather in style.
