What could be more fun than a slide in your bedroom? This playful room was designed for two imaginative little girls, ages two and four. Everything from the slide bunk beds, princess castle canopy, tea party area, and child sized sofa was designed with these two beauties in mind. We striped some of the walls in a green-yellow while wallpapering the others in an Osborne & Little wallpaper. Laney designed a custom chalkboard with scalloped edges and custom window treatments that frame the window seat and closet. Nothing was left to chance including the ceiling which features a ribbon mural over the princess tower!

The homeowner wanted this bonus room area to function as additional storage and create a boutique dressing room for their daughter since she only had smaller reach in closets in her bedroom area. The project was completed using a white melamine and traditional raised panel doors. The design includes double hanging sections, shoe & boot storage, upper ‘cubbies’ for extra storage or a decorative display area, a wall length of drawers with a window bench and a vanity sitting area. The design is completed with fluted columns, large crown molding, and decorative applied end panels. The full length mirror was a must add for wardrobe checks. Want to crown the princess of your castle? We designed these 200 thread count sheets to be part of the honorary ceremony. Special doesn't even begin to describe how she'll feel. Unabashedly girly colors on combed long-staple cotton. Metallic silver accents outline the crowns. Fitted sheet is fully elasticized for a better fit. Sold as a set.

A baby grand piano deserves to be highlighted by an elegant crystal chandelier. The Elk Princess chandelier in polished silver features five lights with silk string shades and accents of crystal and iced glass. The Princess collection also offers a three light chandelier and sconces.

When a large family renovated a home nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, all bathrooms received dazzling upgrades, but none more so than this sweet and beautiful bathroom for their nine year-old daughter who is crazy for every Disney heroine or Princess. We laid down a floor of sparkly white Thassos marble edged with a mother of pearl mosaic. Every space can use something shiny and the mirrored vanity, gleaming chrome fixtures, and glittering crystal light fixtures bring a sense of glamour. And light lavender walls are a gorgeous contrast to a Thassos and mother of pearl floral mosaic in the shower. This is one lucky little Princess! Photos by: Bernardo Grijalva

Elegant kids' room photo in San Francisco

Gigi's Princess room was inspired by my 2014 Mansion in May nursery design. We used similar elements such as the blush pink and gold colors, tea set, gold crown and the large 8 foot giraffe. We added the Osborne & Little Coronata Star wallpaper to the mix with a custom neutral leopard print area rug. The custom window panels were made of Thibaut fabric called Robin with Samuel and Son's band trim applied at the leading edge. Restoration Hardware Baby & Child furnishings were used in a blush pink linen upholstery. The gold canopy bed and unicorn were curated from Pottery Barn Teen.
