Today the site of a contemporary, ranch-inspired community, this rustic landscape was once part of the largest silver-producing mining district in the U.S. It later supported an array of intensive, agricultural activities. From the gentle rise of tilled-rubble walls and the patterning of open meadow, to the remnants of sculpted earthworks, evidence of the site’s prior use abounds. Winding foot trails allow visitors to experience panoramic views of the timbered landscape and structural features reminiscent of the historic ranch, including the large, wooden water trough that serves as a central focal point of the property. The design of the current landscape celebrates this juxtaposition of past and present; it revels in its contemporary context while embracing a historically minded design intent and honoring its latent history through selected materials and textures. The result of this mindful effort is an expression of thoughtful transition from the bygone, ranch of yesterday to a modern-day interpretation of the agrarian homestead. Inspiration for a modern home design remodel in San Francisco

It's amazing how something as simple as an antique barn beam can add so much character to a living space. Olde Wood's gorgeous hand-hewn timbers make the perfect fireplace mantels and add a tranquil, natural element to rustic or modern contemporary interior designs. Our large selection of reclaimed architectural timbers and beams are strikingly beautiful and structurally solid. They maintain a look that is defined by the workmanship long ago that went into each precision swing of the craftsman's axe, whose hand-eye coordination produced expert squaring and spot-on straightness.

Since it is a windowless room, CL Designs focused on producing as much of a natural sunlight feel as possible, and was careful to bring crisp, clean elements into what may have easily become a heavy space. With nature as inspiration, CL Designs kept the floor the darkest, the walls mid-tones and the ceiling the lightest. Certain pieces had to be incorporated from the beginning and CL Designs used them as the starting points for the rest of the room. Eco-friendly decor, fresh foliage, and a custom floor plan and light (pendant handmade by CL Designs) come together in this waiting room for interest and effectiveness.

After image T&G Wood ceilings, columns and beams finished in Hardi and painted with Sherwin Williams 30year Super Paint, Austin white limestone on firepit, columns and kitchen, Giallo Ornamental 3cm granite, RCS 30" Pro Cutlass Grill & Accessories and a Hoshizaki ice machine to produce "Sonic ice", Travertine Tile floor, HUGE custom outdoor gas firepit with austin white limestone and travertine paver capstone. Dimmable recessed cans and sconces and low voltage lighting under the 15' of kitchen bartop.

Myriadstone custom window, door, and balcony accents add dimension and beauty to this custom home. Trims can be produced in a Tuscan or smooth Roman finish.

After carefully studying several shapes, Pamio Design succeeded in designing a wide range of recessed lighting fixtures that were both functional and exquisite. The designer wanted to add a touch of elegance to the usual recessed spotlights, making them less technical and cold. The result is a range of “small gems of light”, that enhance the ceiling in any space, creating elegant, unique atmospheres. The shapes, facets, materials, and finishes were conceived to produce the best lighting possible. Recessed lighting fixtures for indoor use. Crystal glass diffusers with transparent or satin finishes, or stainless steel front plates. Fixtures are offered with open or damp rated closed diffusers.
