The Logan Home has a combination of sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic to create a uniquely fresh take on the country living inspired style. The home will be remembered by its warmth and simplicity mixed in with natural textures and materials like wood and metals. The color selection in the furniture will be a combination of taupe’s and blacks and the color pop will be a variation of blue’s. The secondary rooms will be themed out with fun ideas such as a mature boy’s golf bedroom and a country girl’s room, the materials in furniture will give it the Modern Farmhouse feel to produce a cohesive look throughout the home. The Loft will be the heart of the home where we plan to make this space as cozy as possible and incorporate both themes of the secondary rooms on the second floor to create a story.

The steel and glass addition was inserted into a narrow courtyard between the original ranch house and carport. The addition integrates with the original home while also producing dramatic new elements, such as the large translucent glass window in the front which allows light while maintaining privacy from the street. This light, elegant kitchen puts stunning marble countertops on display. The center island features a double thick marble slab that provides depth to the classic white kitchen. The shaker style cabinetry with glass mullion doors adds a touch of character and charm. The snow white subway tile help to produce clean lines and virtually go unnoticed in this spectacular space. Stuart Wade, Envision Virtual Tours The design goal was to produce a corporate or family retreat that could best utilize the uniqueness and seclusion as the only private residence, deep-water hammock directly assessable via concrete bridge in the Southeastern United States. Little Hawkins Island was seven years in the making from design and permitting through construction and punch out. The multiple award winning design was inspired by Spanish Colonial architecture with California Mission influences and developed for the corporation or family who entertains. With 5 custom fireplaces, 75+ palm trees, fountain, courtyards, and extensive use of covered outdoor spaces; Little Hawkins Island is truly a Resort Residence that will easily accommodate parties of 250 or more people. The concept of a “village” was used to promote movement among 4 independent buildings for residents and guests alike to enjoy the year round natural beauty and climate of the Golden Isles. The architectural scale and attention to detail throughout the campus is exemplary. From the heavy mud set Spanish barrel tile roof to the monolithic solid concrete portico with its’ custom carved cartouche at the entrance, every opportunity was seized to match the style and grace of the best properties built in a bygone era.
