Selected among 10,000 entries vying for the design of the 2005 dream home, INsite’s submittal caught the eyes of the Home and Garden promoters. The main residence totaling 5,400 square feet includes a 32 feet high great room with incorporated dining, kitchen and sunroom. The separate boathouse contains 780 square feet and provides an “L” porch ensure exciting views of the sunset and the natural beauty of the lake.

To reconstruct an office space for a creative agency. A space which could aid in breeding new ideas and promoting teamwork. We wanted the main lounge to be vibrant and inviting. This is the area where the creatives would collaborate over a rest session or maybe just discuss football or watch a movie. The Northampton Street conversion vertically combines two condominiums located within a historic building to create one large, spacious living environment. Springer Architects designed a custom wood and steel staircase which connects the two units and creates a visual anchor for the space. A custom glass floor on the second level promotes the feeling of connection between the upper and lower spaces while filling the main living space with abundant light.
