An already beautifully appointed home just needed a face lift in the tired kitchen to bring it up to par with the rest of the house. The clients originally considered refacing their existing kitchen cabinets, but then decided on a full remodel. The cabinets installed in the kitchen are Medallion Devonshire Door Style, Flat Center Panel, Painted White Chocolate. Hardware is Top Knobs 1 1/8” and 8 cc Appliance Pulls. The countertop is Giallo Traversella Granite 1/2” Round with 4” Backsplash on the Refrigerator and Garage walls. The backsplash is Petal Mosiac in the Foundation Color. A Blanco Diamond Silgranite sink in Truffle color and Moen Arbor Pullout Faucet in Chrome finish.

This bold and imaginative dining room design is a celebration of color and texture. A dramatic raspberry red ceiling and built-in bookcase library wall set the tone, while the impressive chandelier crafted from layers of pink glass discs leads the artistic aesthetic, infusing the space with glamour and vintage charm. Furnishings include velvet diamond-quilted dining chairs in a soft mauve hue for plush comfort, a traditional wooden dining table for natural warmth, mustard gold draperies add a regal layer of contrast, echoing the metallic undertones of the brass-legged seating. Hand-painted tree murals introduce an ethereal touch, creating a transitionally designed room that is equally suited for reading, intimate dinners or grand entertaining.

The home's showpiece is the living room, where the walls received a rich coat of blackened teal blue paint with a high gloss finish, while the high ceiling is painted off-white with violet undertones. Against this dramatic backdrop, we placed a streamlined sofa upholstered in an opulent navy velour and companioned it with a pair of modern lounge chairs covered in raspberry mohair. An artisanal wool and silk rug in indigo, wine, and smoke ties the space together.

The new kitchen needed to please them but timeless for the next owners. They love the modern look but didn't want to take it to the extreme. White, flat panel, cabinets keep it fresh and classic. Adding the vertical marble and glass tile give it a little more modern feel. It is truly a beautiful kitchen that will be pleasing to all that live there. A beautiful remodeled kitchen with Koch cabinetry in a bold two-tone look. "Pearl" painted wall cabinets with an "Umber" glaze and "Mocha" stained bases with a "Black" glaze paired with Cambria New Quay quartz counters.
