The kids Jack and Jill bath received a full makeover with knotty alder vanities, a Dekton counter top and antique pewter finishes on the plumbing fixtures. The pebble tile left with a natural edge gives this bathroom a cool rustic feel to it. The bath/shower combo is clean and easy to maintain with a striped pattern of flat and wavy tile. The guest bath received a partial black and white update. The shower was in great shape so we chose to keep it and switch the fixtures to matte black. The floor received a patterned tile and a new white vanity cleaned up the space. A matte black metal framed mirror and shelving unit complete the look.

Updating a recently built town home in culver city for a wonderful family was a very enjoyable project for us. The townhouse bathroom had a basic look and was lacking in both storage and looks. the main part of this project was the custom design and building of the vanity unit and the extra storage with bi-fold doors so not to take up too much space. the floors were done with porcelain tile that mimics the rich look of Calcutta marble. the large format tile gives a sensation of space and minimalize the amount of grout lines on the floor. The shower unit received a much-needed high end plumbing fixture and the shower head was raised to a normal height. the walls were tiled with the same floor tile in a staggered pattern. the bench wall is the center focal point and is boasting a chiseled texture dark gray tile that is been complimented by the slate shower pan tile work. notice the bench top and the step into the shower, it is done with a single piece of quartz stone for a clean and grout-less look.

San Francisco, CA - Some of our most exclusive garage door designs have been crafted for the Bay area community. The affinity for rich architectural garage door design is well received by the luxury homes found throughout San Francisco. This custom wood garage door has a sophisticated modern design with its asymmetrical windows slightly tinted and framed with silver steel frames that create a phenomenal combination with the horizontal Ipe slats. The garage door was done in solid Ipe planks to match the exiting accent siding found around the house.Refinishing the siding at the time of the garage door and front entry gate made a huge impact on this modern home that hadn't been touched in well over a decade. The refreshing new look and stunning appearance can be attributed to the custom designed garage door and entry security gate, both done by Dynamic Garage Door. The project included a new custom designed garage door and steel/glass entry gate that have similar elements but are different in their own architectural essence so as not to compete with each other or the general asymmetrical design of the home.
