It is literally recycled from the wine stopper industry from Spain and Portugal. Chips are selected and fashioned by hand on sheets and installed to walls and floors, including wet areas, using thin-set mortar and tile grout. Similar procedures as for any typical ceramic or other mosaic tile. It can also be stained colors and finished in many ways using products we supply or recommend.

"I cannot say enough good things about the Innovative Construction team and work product.
They remodeled our water-damaged, 1930s basement, and exceeded all of our expectations - before and after photos simply cannot do this project justice. The original basement included an awkward staircase in an awkward location, one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and small living space. We had a difficult time imagining that it could be much more than that. Innovative Construction's design team was creative, and thought completely out of the box. They relocated the stairwell in a way we did not think was possible, opening up the basement to reconfigure the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living space, but also adding an office and finished storage room. The end result is as functional as it is beautiful.
As with all construction, particularly a renovation of an old house, there will be inconveniences, it will be messy, and plenty of surprises behind the old walls. The Innovative Construction team maintained a clean and safe work site for 100% of the project, with minimal disruption to our daily lives, even when there was a large hole cut into our main living room floor to accommodate new stairs down to the basement. The team showed creativity and an eye for design when working around some of the unexpected "character" revealed when opening the walls.
The team effectively uses technology to keep everyone on the same page about changes, requests, schedules, contracts, invoices, etc. Everyone is friendly, competent, helpful, and responsive. I felt heard throughout the process, and my requests were responded to quickly and thoroughly. I recommend Innovative Construction without reservation."

Why Choose Us?
We have been in business since November 1998 and started in the window covering business by cleaning & repairing blinds. This gave us a unique perspective from most window covering dealers. We have always considered how well products hold up and which manufacturers stand behind their products the best. We let our clients know the benefits of more expensive products and give honest feedback. We take pride in showing alternative products to fit all budgets.
Our great testimonials on Angie’s List, Houzz.com and referrals have helped our company grow without the need for “conventional” advertising. Abda means ‘servant’. At Abda, we approach every customer with a servant’s attitude. This philosophy has helped our customers feel confident in their purchases and well-taken care of. Our number one focus is customer service and we believe in putting the customer’s needs first. We offer our clients an additional 2 year warranty on top of the manufacturer’s warranty and want each and every client to be completely happy with their purchase. We’ve been awarded the prestigious 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately 5 percent of all the businesses rated on the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews. We’ve grown over the years and have added more team members to our company and we’re very excited at the direction our company is going.

This double bath renovation was done after the client's children left for college and both bathrooms needed some attention. These bathrooms were designed with a modern aesthetic and interpreted through a warm lens. I researched, selected and recommended the design direction of each bath so that they related but the two still had their own feel. We used high end plumbing and cabinetry throughout. Subtle use of color and texture warm up each space and make each one unique. Photo credit: Peter Lyons

"We purchased the oak stair treads in clear satin finish for a reno we were doing. They are really beautiful and I would recommend the Hardwood Lumber Co. for stair products!" Robert

Pressure-treated wood is wood that’s been treated with preservatives. This protects wood from insects and decay and is ideal for projects where wood is exposed to the elements or excessive moisture. Wood preservatives are registered with the Environmental Protection Agency for their safe use.
Pressure-treated softwood lumber includes Southern Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Douglas fir and Hem-fir.
Pressure-treated wood is labeled for above ground or ground contact. When you purchase pressure-treated lumber, be sure to let the salesperson know your intended use so they can recommend the best product for your project.
Common sense safety practices apply when working with any building material. When working with treated wood, it’s important to wear a dust mask, eye protection and gloves. Dispose of treated wood scraps using normal trash collection methods; do not burn treated wood.

After 3 long days, the court is almost complete and ready for basketball unit installation. Rushing through this type of job, or any basketball court installation, will jeopardize the integrity of the final product and is not recommended.

The vintage-inspired piece is not only a functional lighting fixture but also a charming decorative accent for your workspace. Transport yourself to a bygone era while enjoying the warm and soft lighting that helps reduce eye strain and enhances your productivity.

Extended Roof Deck
The railings and the failed torch-on product were removed and the surface was prepared with fresh, untreated ¾ʺ T&G plywood along the entire length of their flat roof at the recommended slope for waterproof membrane installation.
The customer chose the popular Duradek Legacy Driftwood vinyl. Duradek is both a classified roofing membrane and a pedestrian traffic surface in a single product solution. This allowed them to effectively turn their flat roof into an attractive and useable deck with virtually no maintenance requirements.

My client has 16 of these pots and all were a fairly alarming orange. Using Sydney Harbour Paint company's exterior lime wash ( I highly recommend their products) we transformed them tout suite to this wonderful Jaguar black. Being lime paint it darkens as it dampens, so you get a constantly changing patina.
Fantastico!
