Belmont provides a beautiful, earthy tone to the room with its rich color scheme. This style perfectly mimics natural wood while adding personality with careful undertones.
Part of the Metropolitan Collection XL, this series brings a modern approach with ultra large 9” x 60” planks. Beveled edges reduce visible seams between planks, adding beauty to the room. A rigid core protects from spills and heavy foot traffic. Uniclic technology makes installation simple while securely locking into place, limiting unwanted noise and movement. 20mil planks utilize UltraShield, a protective layer that holds up against scratches, stains and water absorption. 22mil planks feature DiamondDust, which provides a more robust solution for high-traffic areas. These wear layers are unique to the Solstone brand, providing enhanced durability for years to come.

A case study on delivering BIM-coordinated, code-compliant construction documents for a 4-story modular container-based residential building in California. Covers the challenges of documenting an unconventional Type V-B, R-2 occupancy structure from a limited schematic CAD input, and the solutions applied: 3D Revit modeling, structured BIM coordination across architectural and MEP disciplines, Navisworks clash detection, and FBC 2023 code compliance. The project resulted in a fully coordinated permit set and CD set, reducing on-site conflicts and accelerating the preconstruction timeline. Prepared by Gsource Technologies, a global AEC outsourcing firm offering BIM coordination, architectural drafting, and construction documentation services:

Coast provides stylish relaxation, thanks to the continuous, enveloping line joining back and armrests, which makes for comfortable, informal sitting. Its slim, modest structure blends perfectly with the large, soft cushion on the seat. The sofa can be combined with a chaise-longue in the same style as the rest of the collection: a large, comfortable cushion, half surrounded by a slender structure closing it in. The pouffes in the Coast collection can be combined with the different sizes of sofa to increase their comfort. Some pieces can be used as single beds by turning the seat cushion over. The collection also includes an armchair and a series of sofas of reduced depth, allowing the comfort and elegant appearance of the Coast to be enjoyed even when space is limited.

20 Fabulous Pool Designs Under 600 sq feet of Water Surface Area
Custom pools are a much-desired amenity in Southern Nevada, however in accordance with the 2022 water use ordinance, new residential pools may NOT exceed 600 sq ft of water surface area. The square footage includes a total of the pool, spa, and any infinity-edge troughs where applicable. And, there is also a ban on independent water features.

Ongoing drought and climate change conditions continue to affect water levels in Lake Mead – Southern Nevada's primary water supply. As a result, the federal government declared a shortage on the Colorado River, reducing Southern Nevada's available water supply by 8.1 billion gallons, and additional reductions are expected in the coming years.
To help manage these water supply constraints, the Southern Nevada Water Authority approved a resolution in July 2022 that supports a 600-square-foot surface area limit on new residential pools. The Las Vegas Valley Water District and other local jurisdictions approved this change shortly thereafter with rule and code changes. This measure will help reduce consumptive water use associated with evaporative water loss, targeting savings from the top 25 percent of new pools constructed.

We breathed new life into this Hampton’s inspired kitchen with beautiful fresh materials in soft white and airy blue hues. We also redesigned the layout for optimal food prep, cooking and entertaining while keeping them separate from each other. By incorporating the nook area and removing the desk, we were able to give our client everything she ever wanted in a kitchen (see BEFORE pics). The lines and details of the custom hood and soft curved fretwork in the cabinetry create a sense of understated luxury and elegance. Oil rubbed bronze accents on the island legs, traditional lanterns and sconces, along with brushed nickel cabinet hardware complete the space. We also redesigned the fireplace and added built-ins to both sides for additional storage and unified, fresh new look.

The Belfast Residence in Ohio is a new construction, custom modern house situated on a 150 acre farm. Panda solved the challenge of extending the intimate space of the kitchen into the expansiveness of the backyard by installing fully retractable TS.60 All Aluminum Thermally Broken Folding Door Systems. Custom designed for this space, this elegant and durable folding door system spans the entire wall of the kitchen. This door system uses cutting-edge aluminum extrusions with a polyamide bar to connect the frame together while reducing heat or cold transfer. When closed, this Bi-Fold door system provides a protective barrier that lowers u-factors, limits condensation, increases energy performance, and most of all reduces thermal conductivity.
The architectural firm, Drawing Dept. designed a cantilevered roof reaching out over the pool on axis with a sunken fire pit, drawing the geometry of the house further out into the landscape. As a result, the heart of the home unrestrictedly extends toward the fire pit for optimal physical and visual connection.
Impressive architectural design intertwined with Panda’s custom Bi-Fold doors can create unimaginable opportunities. No wonder this home was awarded the 2013 Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Cincinnati and the 2013 Honor Award from the CDA + Cincinnati Magazine for its exterior space!
Panda’s custom designed Bi-Fold Doors ensure that a homeowner can equally and cohesively enjoy their interior and exterior spaces. Views from the house and views of the house should hold equal merit.

The panoramic view is breathtaking from this home high above a lake in the Algonquin Highlands near Haliburton. To mesh with the natural surroundings, the dark gray Armorcoat interior of the pool and adjoining spa stand in soft contrast to the coping and massive deck in random-cut granite. Solar heating panels, discretely placed out of view, help to reduce energy use and add practicality to the year round enjoyment of the spa. What a soothing retreat from a busy world! This single family home sits on a tight, sloped site. Within a modest budget, the goal was to provide direct access to grade at both the front and back of the house.
The solution is a multi-split-level home with unconventional relationships between floor levels. Between the entrance level and the lower level of the family room, the kitchen and dining room are located on an interstitial level. Within the stair space “floats” a small bathroom.
The generous stair is celebrated with a back-painted red glass wall which treats users to changing refractive ambient light throughout the house.
Black brick, grey-tinted glass and mirrors contribute to the reasonably compact massing of the home. A cantilevered upper volume shades south facing windows and the home’s limited material palette meant a more efficient construction process. Cautious landscaping retains water run-off on the sloping site and home offices reduce the client’s use of their vehicle.
The house achieves its vision within a modest footprint and with a design restraint that will ensure it becomes a long-lasting asset in the community.

Vistafolia's modern and flexible Artificial Green Wall design offers real customer value, providing excellent bespoke solutions for any client requirement. This roof terrace had an exceptionally long, south-facing space with parapet walls clad in metal sheeting, creating an environment too hot and inhospitable for real planting. The limited area coverage was also a big issue, as putting in living plant systems would significantly reduce the floor space and hamper mobility.
Our Vistafolia Panels, which can be customized to fit any conceivable dimension, fulfilled the client’s desire to look out to beautiful greenery by creating a simple solution to the problem with our versatile system and design expertise.
