This twin set of primary closets are the perfect spot for our Leesburg clients to store their personal belongings. Not only are they practical and functional in design, they also feature jewelry drawers and tilt-out laundry hampers for example, both of which provide a ease of use on a regular basis.

The petite lady of this house was finding it extremely difficult to access the items she needed on a regular basis. with only 3 drawers, utensils were a tangled mess, and the non-adjustable shelves in base and wall cabinets were difficult to reach. The existing breakfast bar prevented the fridge door from opening fully, and the finishes were tired looking. Drawers, roll-outs and super-susans in the corners made it easier for her to reach, the bright new finishes made it fresh and cheery, and careful planning improved the work triangle.

Greg Hadley The clients also requested a space for the small appliances such as the microwave and toaster oven that they use on a regular basis, as well as specialty appliances (crockpot, rotisserie) they only occasionally use. One section of the wall of cabinets across from the island has outlets in the back and doors that slide out of the way so the clients can use the appliances in place without hindering circulation.

This parkway was transformed from a traditional turf that required traditional maintenance on a regular basis to a low maintenance, habitat friendly planting of native Buffalo Grass with a butterfly garden. The Buffalo Grass was planted with plugs and after established requires mowing only once a year and minimal water.

The Mullens were looking for a fresh, updated Master Bath design that would be comfortable and soothing as well as up to date. First things first! The green cultured marble bathtub and shower had to go! The rest was a piece of cake. Made a trip to the tile shop and it was smooth sailing after selections were finalized.
