This bathroom remodel was driven by the need to have a wheelchair accessible barrier free shower. We redesigned this bathroom to have a large barrier free tile shower with tile flooring throughout. We then reinstalled the customer existing cabinetry with new quartz countertops.

Homeowner had a very tight space which prevented any furniture or other items from getting into the basement. We tore out the existing railing and rebuilt a new oak railing with a removable system - the railing itself is one unit and can be removed and reinstalled with just nine screws. This new system will allow large furniture and other basement play things to be moved up and down the stairs without having to gut the stair railing.

This was a birthday gift to myself - an 1870's antique front door with the original trim and side lights. I spent an entire winter stripping the 17+ layers of paint and replaced the broken panes. it came with all of its original brass hardware. I cleaned the paint off and reinstalled. I kept the inside stripped and painted the outside in a custom red oil base paint.

After decades of neglect, the metal bay window and cornice on this 1885 building façade had deteriorated to the point where they had to be completely rebuilt, replicating the intricate original designs with galvanized steel. The work involved the complete removal of the metal elements, as well as the old slate on the slanted roofs and the reinstallation of new one.

rotted wood columns were removed and replaced with our 6" Square Fiberglass Columns. We had to remove and reinstall the railings to make this one work.

Our clients liked the traditional fireplace mantle. but not the outdated porcelain beige tile it came with (see next photo). Our team carefully removed the mantle with the marble was installed, then reinstalled it carefully!

Photo by Doris Cultraro. This was a full restoration of a 100 + years window. The panel was severely bowed out, support bars broken off, with several glass pieces protruding outside the lead. Broken glass pieces were matched, templates made to fit, and subsequently recut and replaced. The entire panel was taken apart, carefully cleaned, releaded, soldered and reinstalled into the clients newly refinished door. This is the interior view after restoration..

Remodeled the existing rear wall to add more natural light through two large sliding glass doors. New stoop and steps installed at each set of doors for safety and inviting entrance from back yard deck. All stone work on rear walls reinstalled to match original and repointed to provide very new appearance to this 50+yr old masonry exterior.
