These Belmont Kitchen cabinets received a color change! Changing the previously dark kitchen cabinets truly brightened up the space! Our crew removed all the doors, drawers & hardware. The cabinets were then sanded down, apply 1 coat of oil primer & spray 2 finish coats, before reinstalling the drawers and hardware.

We worked with the existing cabinets and had them repainted and removed cabinets above the ventilation hood, reinstalled a Ship Lap hood exhaust. Counter top was reshaped into a modern rectangular shape with new Quartz Counter Top Material, mosaic backsplash, new fresh wall paint and luxury vinyl flooring to complete the farmhouse look and feel.

This was a birthday gift to myself - an 1870's antique front door with the original trim and side lights. I spent an entire winter stripping the 17+ layers of paint and replaced the broken panes. it came with all of its original brass hardware. I cleaned the paint off and reinstalled. I kept the inside stripped and painted the outside in a custom red oil base paint.

This bathroom remodel was driven by the need to have a wheelchair accessible barrier free shower. We redesigned this bathroom to have a large barrier free tile shower with tile flooring throughout. We then reinstalled the customer existing cabinetry with new quartz countertops.

The original spa functioned essentially as a soaker tub since it did not have spa jets. To remedy this, the stone cladding was removed, holes were drilled for spa jets and the ledgerock reinstalled. Now it functions beautifully as a true spa, with the jets adding the luxury and therapeutic benefits of gentle massage.

Drywall was installed, finished, and prepared for painting. The new closet door was also installed. All work was completed professionally and to the client's satisfaction.

RECOMMENDATION:
Remove window in order to preform necessary repairs on item X2. After the repairs for item X2 are complete reinstall existing window.

The original kitchen cabinets were updated with a new Granite Natural Stone countertop in Tan Brown and Panaria D. Manson 12x12 tile with a bullnose edge. A new Artisan stainless steel sink was installed and the original faucet and water purifier was reinstalled.

We installed new quartz countertop and carrera marble on the floor, as well as on the shower floor. 5x7 white tile line the shower walls, while white carrera in a basket weave pattern accent the shower niche. The vanity mirror and lighting were reinstalled in their original locations. Gray walls and white trim make this space look and feel fresh and modern.
