Inspiration for a large contemporary ceramic tile and beige floor kitchen remodel in DC Metro with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island, beige cabinets, beige backsplash and beige countertops

This bathroom remodel was driven by the need to have a wheelchair accessible barrier free shower. We redesigned this bathroom to have a large barrier free tile shower with tile flooring throughout. We then reinstalled the customer existing cabinetry with new quartz countertops.

Installed a new flooring transition strip to provide a smooth, secure, and finished transition between adjacent flooring surfaces. The installation was completed professionally and to the client's satisfaction.

Vintage claw-foot tub refinished to its original glory and reinstalled to its original home with vintage style tub mount faucet and shower system in polished gold.

Misaligned door was removed and reinstalled for a proper remount. Door now opens and closes properly and operates smoothly.

Shower tile renovation at a residential property in Cleveland's Little Italy neighborhood. Full shower tile removal and reinstallation with proper waterproofing and grouting. Completed by Rent Ready Constructions LLC — Cleveland, OH.

In this project we renovated the pool and spa area including: demolition of old tiles and reinstalling new Travertine stone, replastering the pool and Jacuzzi, creating a costume made waterfall feature next to the pool and near the fire pit.

Inspiration for a timeless living room remodel in Los Angeles

Vintage 1930's colonial gets a new shiplap powder room. After being completely gutted, a new Hampton Carrara tile floor was installed in a 2" hex pattern. Shiplap walls, new chair rail moulding, baseboard mouldings and a special little storage shelf were then installed. Original details were also preserved such as the beveled glass medicine cabinet and the tiny old sink was reglazed and reinstalled with new chrome spigot faucets and drainpipes. Walls are Gray Owl by Benjamin Moore.
