Tying into the materiality of the countertops and backsplash, these gorgeous pendant lights mimic the form of a water droplet. With tinted glass and stained glass representing rock, these lights perfectly tie into the earth tones found in the rest of the space.

These luxury authentic flat-weave collection represent an ancient method of creating a faux animal hair pile which was widespread amongst nomads from Central Asia to Turkey. Woven with cotton warps and Angora goat hair wefts. The goat hair creates the long haired fur-like look. Angora goats are named after the Turkish province of their origin, Ankara and these goats produce the fibre known as mohair. The lustrous hair of the angora goat occurs in every natural shade ranging from black through browns to white, thus making possible a wide variety of colour-schemes with no dyes. More about Mohair… Mohair is one of the oldest textile fibres in use. The Angora goat is thought to originate from the mountains of Tibet, reaching Turkey in the 16th century. Mohair is warm in winter as it has great insulating properties, while remaining cool in summer due to its moisture wicking properties. It’s possible to use double-side, hairy side for winter, woven side for summer. It is durable, naturally elastic, flame resistant, crease resistant, and does not felt. It is a luxury fiber, like cashmere, angora and silk, and is more expensive than most wools that comes from sheep. Mohair is composed mostly of keratin, a protein found in the hair, wool, horns and skin of all mammals.

Rising boldly above Singapore’s premier residential address, Ardmore Park, the 36-story residential tower redefines the luxury living of an urban home with imagination, privileges and services that are exclusive to its residents. The living and dining wing opens to a doublevolume balcony that presents an impressive space for residents who enjoy entertaining at home in style, or simply relaxing in their luxury of space. At more than 2,000 sq. ft. each, all of the 56 luxurious units have been fitted with premium stone finishes, carefully selected and processed to achieve the optimal aesthetical effect. M&G inspected and selected the blocks directly from quarries located in Iran, Italy and Spain, and then fabricated according to the customized finishes of each unit type. The flat cut pieces and solid curved pieces for each unit were then laid out per the shop drawings, inspected and approved by the owner’s representatives, before individually numbered and packed for delivery to site. In the main lobby, an impressive onyx feature wall captures the attention of visitors with its stunning book-matched effect. The blocks were individually selected to ensure consistency of the veining, then allocated to each elevation to create optimal symmetry when book-matched. The slabs were then cut and book-matched polished, laid out to visualize the effect and to mark the actual sizes to cut, before finally cutting to size. Special attention was paid to the curved corner pieces in order to achieve a similar book-matched effect as the flat pieces. The landscaped areas also feature granite in various thicknesses with radial cuts to complement the architectural style of the project.

The Rosebury Farm project by Squared Architects is a thoughtfully planned residential development located on the edge of suburban London, designed to balance contemporary living with a strong sensitivity to its rural surroundings. Set within a green belt context, the scheme consists of a collection of individually designed homes that follow a self-build or custom-build approach, allowing for variation while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity. The design emphasizes integration with the landscape, using staggered building forms and carefully arranged massing to reduce visual impact and preserve key views across the site. Natural materials and a restrained palette help the homes blend into their environment, while features such as green walls and planted areas reinforce the connection between architecture and nature. Internally, the houses are designed with flexible, open-plan layouts that support modern living, prioritizing natural light and spatial fluidity. Sustainability is a core principle throughout the project, with energy-efficient strategies and environmentally responsive design choices embedded from the outset. Overall, Rosebury Farm represents a contemporary yet context-sensitive housing model, combining architectural quality, environmental awareness, and a community-oriented approach to residential development.

The project’s goal is to introduce more affordable contemporary homes for Triangle Area housing. This 1,800 SF modern ranch-style residence takes its shape from the archetypal gable form and helps to integrate itself into the neighborhood. Although the house presents a modern intervention, the project’s scale and proportional parameters integrate into its context. Natural light and ventilation are passive goals for the project. A strong indoor-outdoor connection was sought by establishing views toward the wooded landscape and having a deck structure weave into the public area. North Carolina’s natural textures are represented in the simple black and tan palette of the facade.

SmartCity Malta is the first European outpost of the SmartCity global network of business townships, servicing the EU and North African markets. Complementing this building’s significance are two iconic Maltese hardstone murals, one representing Malta and one the world. Royal beige marble flooring is the perfect finishing touch to this space.

Located in the charming town of Vernon, Connecticut, we worked in close collaboration with local construction pros to produce this lovely Victorian gable conservatory. The Victorian gable conservatory style, characterized by its steeply pitched roof and intricate detailing, is well-suited to picturesque New England, offering homeowners a fusion of classical architecture and contemporary allure. This glass space represents the embrace of tradition and modern amenities alike. The mahogany conservatory roof frame forms the cornerstone of this project. With the rafters prepared in the Sunspace wood shop, the glass roof system also includes a sturdy structural ridge beam and is outfitted with insulated Solarban 70 low-e glass. The result is both durable and refined. A patented glazing system and gleaming copper cladding complete the product. Sunspace Design played a pivotal role in the conservatory’s creation, beginning with the provision of shop drawings detailing the roof system design. Once crafted, necessary components were transported to the job site for field installation. Working with Custom Construction Plus LLC, who oversaw the conventional wall construction, and CT Home Designs, the architectural lead, our team ensured a seamless transition between the conservatory roof and the home's architecture. We craft spaces that elevate everyday living, and we love how this one came out.

What started as a kitchen refacing turned into a life changing renovation for this family home. After producing a 3D model representing the final design they were hooked. The flow and distribution of passages was key to the success of this concept. A light kitchen palette and clean lines keeps this space bright despite being on a shaded area.

This office was created for the Designer Showhouse, and our vision was to represent female empowerment. We wanted the office to reflect the life of a vibrant and empowered woman. Someone that’s busy, on the go, well-traveled, and full of energy. The space also reflected other aspects of this woman’s role as the head of a family and the rock that provides calm, peace, and comfort to everyone around her. We showcased these qualities with decor like the built-in library – busy, chaotic yet organized; the tone and color of the wallpaper; and the furniture we chose. The bench by the window is part of our SORELLA Furniture line, which is also the result of female leadership and empowerment. This space represents a recent collaboration on a spec house with a local homebuilder. Barbara Gilbert Interiors worked with the builder from start to finish on this project to build a neutral palette for future homeowners to turn this house into their home. The end product is a beautifully finished, move-in ready home.
