Project Clarens was a full home renovation completed in 2025. We reimagined the living room, second floor, and basement by reconfiguring the layout to improve flow and functionality. Walls were removed, and new flooring, doors, windows, and two custom staircases were added throughout. The second-floor bathroom features a double sink vanity, a fog-proof mirror, and a wall-to-wall niche in the walk-in shower. The basement was underpinned and fully transformed, now including a new bathroom with a standalone tub, a spacious curbless shower with double shower heads, a vanity, and custom cabinetry. We also added a custom bar area, cedar wall paneling, and a built-in jacuzzi tub in the main living space.

This is because the posts only need a three-step installation, making it more efficient. Third, they add a rustic look to all types of properties. We have installed split rail fencing on all types of properties - residential, farms, and more. They are a great option for keeping horse and livestock in a contained area also. We use different types of wood depending on the project we are working on. Not all wood is right for a split rail fence. You will want to go with something that is sturdy and weather-proof. We coat all of our wood with a special varnish clear-coat that keeps away termites and protects against harsh weather.

By strictly utilizing the same custom Knotty Alder found throughout the entire Hayden estate, we ensured the secondary rooms deliver the identical "no-expense-spared" standard as the primary master suite. Artisan Features & Construction Excellence: Complete Knotty Alder Media Wall: The centerpiece of the room is a comprehensive Knotty Alder built-in system. This isn't just cabinetry; it's a structural element designed to define the room’s function, showcasing the natural, rustic texture that balances the home’s modern technology. Integrated Media Console: The lower cabinetry features a dedicated media console with open component shelving and concealable storage drawers. We engineered the console to support a integrated smart TV (note the kitchen construction detail on the screen!), seamlessly hiding all wiring behind the precision panel work.
