Ed Lenzi and his crew replaced our old pressure-treated deck 3 weeks ago with a Fiberon (decking) and Trex (railing) composite one with a steel structure. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the materials, the quality of their work and the responsiveness of Ed and his crew to my questions and minor concerns. The whole process was easy and non-stressful from start to finish. During the design of the new deck Ed explained everything which eased our apprehension about such a large project. My wife and I are very happy that we accepted his recommendations. Ed and his crew are very professional, competent, and efficient. I would highly recommend Ed Lenzi for any deck project. I just wish he worked on other parts of the house besides decks.

We use the back deck entrance every day, and this new design is so welcoming and stylish. Ed and his crew built us a steel frame with Fiberon decking boards, and the quality is just superb. The crew were friendly, and worked tirelessly on a 90 degree day. I can't say enough about their work ethic! After the project was complete, I wanted to make a change. Not wanting to be the homeowner from hell, I was nervous about approaching Ed with my idea. I need not have worried. Ed returned my call immediately, agreed with the idea, and scheduled time to come and make the addition. If you are considering a new deck, in my mind, Ed and his team are the best choice! I had an initial detailed quote in my hand within 24 hrs! If I called or emailed with a question, I always had a response within the day, if not immediately. This was so refreshing and appreciated because (1) we were previously “dropped” by another company the previous fall after they had already indicated they would be interested in our business, and (2) we hoped to complete the project within a certain time frame and were now behind due to wasting time being strung along by the previous contractor. Ed’s crew was able to complete our project way ahead of schedule. We hired Lenzi Construction & Remodeling to tear down our old deck and build a bigger, Composite one. We first decided to go with Ed based on his responsiveness and highly detailed estimate. It was a good sign! Some companies will just throw out numbers over the phone, and sometimes, won't even call you back even after you've shown interest in possibly moving forward. With Lenzi you get a very detailed estimate, and he's incredibly quick at making changes. We changed our minds on a few things like four or five times and each time, Ed was extremely fast at providing an updated estimate. I don't know how he does it. Even in the middle of the day when they're working on other projects, Ed will get right back to you. He's very organized and never forgets a thing. And they're fast! They got rid of our old deck and built our new 400 square-foot one in about four days. And it looks awesome! Ed, Bryan and the entire crew did a fantastic job! You can't go wrong with Lenzi. I highly recommend them!

Ed and his crew replaced my front porch wooden posts and railings, which were in poor condition, with Trex colonial railings. The porch looks beautiful now and I love the clean updated look. I am very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Lenzi Construction. I highly recommend Lenzi Construction and Remodeling.
