This little guy was growing out of his crib and changing table and needed an update to his room. His parents are avid golfers and he in turn has picked up the sport. His parents requested a room that he can grow in to, so the space will last many years before having to redesign it again. His mom suggested a golf theme room and I loved the idea, so we rolled with it. We kept the original plantation shutters and millwork and built a toddler-friendly space he can enjoy for years and years. I had my muralist paint an argyle wall to set the tone. I used new custom furniture combined with some store bought pieces. Accessorizing the space was a fun task. Instead of using store bought items, I had some custom wall art made for him to personalize the space. I had his great grandmother’s golf clubs mounted onto graphic green and white fabric studded with chrome nailheads. An Etsy seller made us a custom metal piece with all their favorite golf brands. Another Etsy seller made us wall hooks fashioned from golf balls. No golf theme room would be complete without a putting green, so had one of those thrown in to so he can practice his putts. He now loves his new room and enjoys spending time in there (not to mention now sleeping in there too!).

This 4,140 sqft Spanish-style home underwent an extensive, multi-space remodel designed to preserve its original character while elevating it with custom craftsmanship and high-end materials throughout. The kitchen, pantry, powder room, laundry room, primary closet, and primary bathroom were all thoughtfully redesigned with Spanish-inspired detailing and a refined, luxurious approach. The kitchen is the heart of the remodel and showcases fully custom cabinetry with arched reed columns, bespoke door profiles, and an island wrapped in individually applied oak reeds. Pocket doors conceal a coffee nook, while arched metal-framed glass doors seamlessly integrate into custom arched cabinetry and pantry units. A custom ornamental metal detail doubles as a hanging bar for the banquette’s tailored blue cushions. Cabinet finishes combine soft off-white with lightly stained natural oak. A dramatic custom arched lime-plaster hood anchors the space, featuring hidden storage and a striking Zia tile backsplash above a custom blue BlueStar range. Taj Mahal quartzite wraps the countertops and backsplash, while walls and ceilings are finished in Patagonia Roman clay for added depth and texture. Dornbracht fixtures in brushed champagne gold, Top Knobs hardware, and a blue marble banquette tabletop complete the space. The powder room continues the artisanal theme with a floating microcement countertop, Oska vessel sink by Kast, warm bronze wall-mounted faucet by Graff, alabaster sconces, handmade Moroccan zellige tile flooring, original painted glass windows, and Roman clay walls and ceiling. In the laundry room, custom cabinetry, generous storage, and patterned painted limestone tile flooring maintain the Spanish influence while maximizing function. The primary closet features a custom dark blue closet system, highlighted by an arched illuminated glass display cabinet set atop a Viola marble countertop. Roman clay walls in a deeper blue tone and a sculptural glass chandelier complete the space. The primary bathroom is one of the most distinctive spaces in the home. A custom layout includes a freestanding tub, arched walk-in shower, and bespoke double vanity. Dramatic Dover White marble slabs were bookmatched and carried across half-height walls, shower walls, vanity surfaces, and backsplash. The same marble was meticulously fabricated into custom 4”x4” pieces for the shower pan, allowing the veining to flow seamlessly while maintaining slip resistance. The remaining walls are finished in Concretta microcement for a soft plaster effect. The rift white oak double vanity features curved edges, ribbed side details, and six-panel drawer fronts. Warm bronze fixtures by Graff, arched niches, elliptical mirrors, and custom handmade Voyager sconces by Allied Maker complete this Spanish-inspired sanctuary. This project is a true celebration of craftsmanship, material integrity, and timeless Spanish design, reimagined for modern luxury living.

Our vision for this new-build condo was to create a captivating space that celebrates our client’s individuality, bringing together a diverse mix of styles, textures, and elements while maintaining a cohesive and contemporary feel. It combines the fresh, clean look of white as the predominant color with eclectic accents that add our client’s personality and character to the space. There are several “areas'' within this multi-functional space. A large sectional in a greige velvet serves as the centerpiece of the seating area, grounded by pops of blue and pink in the custom Morrocan rug. The cobalt blue theme is carried throughout, seen in the accents, art and even the ombre glass console table of the entry. A set of two blue swivel chairs by the windows, are the perfect setting for a glass of wine in the early evening as the light glistens in through the custom white sheers. The airy dining table is made of glass and carved marble and surrounded by chrome sculptural dining chairs. Above, the multi-faceted antique mirror multi-pendant chandelier drips down from the high ceiling. Our client’s antique carved wood chairs, reupholstered in a linen zebra, flank the selenite and brass bar cabinet. In the corner by the fireplace, a lucite and cowhide desk is paired with a brightly colored vintage chair. On the right of the fireplace, a leather swing, perfectly suited for reading. Lastly, the white kitchen with shimmering blue quartzite countertops brings the design in full circle.

We have the capability of fabricating items in steel, brass, and stainless steel.

This Party Barn was designed using a mineshaft theme. Our fabrication team brought the builders vision to life. We were able to fabricate the steel mesh walls and track doors for the coat closet, arcade and the wall above the bowling pins. The bowling alleys tables and bar stools have a simple industrial design with a natural steel finish. The chain divider and steel post caps add to the mineshaft look; while the fireplace face and doors add the rustic touch of elegance and relaxation. The industrial theme was further incorporated through out the entire project by keeping open welds on the grab rail, and by using industrial mesh on the handrail around the edge of the loft.

An elegant country estate of large scale rooms blending into one another enlivens this family home. Custom wood paneling, and custom designed lighting features create dramatic effects which enhance the layers of luminous fabrics and luxurious silk rugs on rustic oak floors. Exposed beams and trusses in the gourmet chefs kitchen and family room create height,scale and balance. A custom designed hood over the range mirrors the custom designed plastered fireplace in the kitchen adding to the sense of scale and balance in this wonderful home. The breathtaking ocean views influenced the dramatic redesign of this water-front Poipu condo. The outdated condo was completely remodeled to allow full appreciation of the surrounding views, bring in a fresh new color palette, and modernize and update everything from the electrical wiring to the new luxury bath towels. The clients wanted the condo to feel “fun, happy, and cheerful,” and to stand apart from the typical vacation rental on Kauai. They wanted to turn this condo into the ultimate “beach house” that felt just as luxurious as the gorgeous natural surroundings. Fresh white ship-lap walls set the backdrop for this modern beach style, which is further enhanced with bold stripes, natural textures, and ocean-themed decor. The palette of cobalt, aqua and lichen green is fresh and vibrant against the neutral backdrop. Trina Turk’s “Peacock Print” was the inspiration fabric for the living and dining room. The print is so lively, colorful, and modern, and was the perfect place to start. Every custom detail was thoughtfully chosen to bring a sense of luxury and originality to the space. While some elements are whimsical, such as the playful octopus art & fish-themed fabric, other elements are sophisticated and classic, to help keep the design grounded. Special features include a custom-made “Moroccan Fish Scale” tile backsplash in the kitchen, crushed marble counter tops with oyster shells and float glass, and blue glass pendant lights, reminiscent of water bubbles.
