The Master Bathroom was the only room in this lovely Fredericksburg home that needed updating. As the second owners of this property, our clients were unhappy with the contractor grade selections that the original homeowners made in this room. They came to us with a few requests-- they wanted to expand the shower and remove an awkward column between the vanities as well as replace the tile in all the areas. We used Cambria Somerset quartz on the counters because it harmonized nicely with the colors in the mosaic tile accent used in the shower and on the face of the soaking tub. We chose the same Happy Floors Eternity tile in Gold but used various sizes for the floor and in the shower and on the tub deck, which contributed to the relaxing, spa-like atmosphere of the space. A rich and warm earth tone for the walls (Benjamin Moore’s Rich Clay Brown) was the final element in creating a beautiful Master Bathroom to complete an already lovely home.

Using a random selection of colorful cement tiles, we created a ceiling-high backsplash that acts as the focal point of the room. We installed a richly patterned pressed tin ceiling to add vintage flair to an often overlooked part of a room. Photos of a contemporary kitchen in Orange County California. We love the beautiful chandalier lighting the home owners selected to set off the kitchen perfectly. The cabinets are "off-white" or "cream" but that doesn't really explain the color. The finish is a white that has a layered glaze, which adds a richness and depth to them. One of the layers is a chocolate brown -so the detail on the wood cabinets stands out.

Rich hues and quality furnishings expertly selected for durability as well as beauty set this 3-bedroom, modern plantation style luxury villa apart. Its well designed space pleases the senses with its many custom details. Lovely island inspired murals by artist Penelope, such as the large-scale, antiqued pineapples adorning the entry walls , lend an elegant and unique welcome. Mango red and palm green fabrics used throughout set a lush tropical vibe against relaxing earth tones. The expansive lanai provides additional comfortable living space with contemporary and classic furnishings and inspiring color.

The living room and den are separated by french doors with custom decorative metal work using actual pods selected from nature. Frosted glass provides privacy when needed. Full wall of custom millwork provides area for book storage and art display. A neutral shagreen wall covering adds to the richness and depth of this room.

This new construction client had a vision of creating an updated Victorian inspired home. From the exterior through the interior, a formal story is told through luxurious fabrics, rich color tones and detail galore. The kitchen features a mix of stained and painted cabinets. We added softness and visual purpose to the adjoining breakfast nook by adding a custom painted chairs, a tufted banquette and a mixed finish round table. We selected a combination of counter-stools with backs and without to not overpower the space. Construction and material selections by Cuddigan Custom Builders. Photography by Spacecrafting

This uptown condo overlooking Klyde Warren Park was the perfect canvas for our unique, eclectic and modern design approach. We transformed the space with a mix of bold printed grasscloth, luxurious marble and rich fabrics, infusing personality into every corner. The kitchen received a stunning facelift with a striking waterfall peninsula, while the den’s bar area became a bold statement of style. With carefully selected art, furnishings, lighting and accessories, we created a cohesive and elevated aesthetic that perfectly reflects the homeowners’ vision. The result? A home that not only wows but feels deeply personal and inspiring.

The toilet seat is depicted in the up position in order to show the built-in nightlight in the Kohler PureWarm heated toilet seat. The homeowners selected a remnant of River Blue granite for its rich blue-gray tone to blend with the cool gray of the Bertch "Alden" vanity and tower.

A linen upholstered headboard and slate blue velvet euro shams set a tone that's immediately calm. The hand-knotted indigo rug layers in richness without weight, grounded by warm greige walls and floor-length drapery that softens every edge of natural light. A dark walnut nightstand, marble-base table lamp, and abstract landscape canvas in charcoal, cream, and amber bring just enough contrast to keep the room from feeling flat.

You’ve heard the saying “all good things come in small packages” and that couldn’t be more accurate with our Frank Street Bathroom Design Project. Since this is a small space, we wanted to select a monochromatic colour palette with little contrast and minimal finish selections. We carried the floor tile up on the back wall of the custom walk-in shower. Installing this gorgeous handcrafted blue subway tile at opposite ends of the custom shower provides rich textures and colour to this bathroom design. The custom vanity is fabricated of a natural stained birch wood finish. The stainless finish of the Ara Bath Collection creates a streamlined look of contemporary elegance with its defined geometric angles and edges. The subtle contrast of the black finish in the framed mirror and wall sconces is just enough to add a little drama and adds the perfect finishing touch to this bathroom design

Emerald crispy Gulf of Mexico seawater, bright gold sun, blue clear sky, silver luminous moon, white cotton clouds were the perfect inspiration to create the customer’s own personal paradise. We built 1500 square feet of covered outdoor living, suitable for family enjoyment and friend’s entertainment. We selected long lasting and low maintenance materials that can stand wind, rain, salt and sun in coastal areas. To achieve the rich look of a wood deck we selected tahoe ocre wood tiles that not only are durable, easy to maintain and clean, but also are environmental friendly.
