Simple stick-style staircase balusters on the staircase were replaced with alternating vertical and spiral fluted balusters inspired by the roped corner boards on the home’s exterior. Scrolled skirt boards were added to the stairs, modeled after the Italianate brackets on home’s exterior. The stair treads and flooring were replaced with reclaimed antique oak. The handrail and newel posts were re-used. High wainscot paneling add formality and character.

Coordinating lockers for children's bunk room were inserted in the closet space of the room. One for each grandchild! Boat cleats were used for the door and drawer handles. Led lighting above each locker area. Glass/plexiglass portholes create a ship cabin feel.

The Master bedroom drapery was designed to create the feeling of old world opulence. The base fabric is a woven patterned chenille, trimmed with silk velvet and silk tassels. An elaborate large silk tassel is used as a tie back to accentuate the trim and create the perfect puddle! Silk chiffon sheers in a butter cream color complete the treatment!

In this kitchen we updated the existing cabinetry with new Top Knobs Edwardian Lund Pulls & Knobs. A Distressed Medallion Designer Maple Island in Black Heirloom with caffe glaze was added to accent the room. Instead of a typical sink an undermount 4’ Galley workstation was installed. Accessories for the Galley included an upper tier cutting board, an 11” bowl, an 11” colander, 1 lower tier platform with cutout for bowl/colander, 1 lower tier platform and a galley drain rack. For the faucet, we installed a new Delta Pilar Single Handle Pull Down faucet with Touch 20 Technology in brushed nickel and a drinking water faucet. A new 3cm Cambria Quartz countertop in Canterbury color was installed. The backsplash is 4x4 San Mateo honed tumbled tile with San Mateo pencil molding and San Mateo 2x2 rope border behind the range accented with 1x1 Sonoma glass tiles in Hemp color.

Light blue, shaker cabinetry by Decor lends itself to the beachy coastal feel this homeowner wanted to achieve in their Florida condo. With Sub-Zero - Wolf appliances, a concealed ventilation hood, a built in microwave and plenty of storage, this kitchen can handle a large group at any given time.

In this master bath renovation, we installed Design-Craft Newcastle solid wood reversed raised door style cabinets in Maple with White Icing Painting finish. On the countertops Dupont Corian Private Collection in Witch Hazel with a 4” high backsplash behind the sink areas and two Toto Dartmouth undermount lavatory sinks in Sedona Beige accented with Delta Dryden two handle wide spread faucets and Roman Tub with handshower in Champagne Bronze and a Baci Vanity Rectangular mirror. Also installed was a Bain Ultra Inua Thermomasseur tub 66x36 in Biscuit. A custom frameless shower enclosure with Brushed Bronze hardware. In the shower, Ottomano Ivory 6x6 naturale tile was used in the border in the shower flanked by Questch Dorset anti bronze rope liner. For the shower floor Ottomano Ivory 2x2 mosaic and Ottomano 12x24 naturale tile was installed. And installed on the floor and tub surround was Ottomano Ivory 18x18 naturale.
