This project was for a house located in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The homeowner was interested in building a new addition to house a large kitchen, convert the old kitchen to an office space, add a 'smart car' garage and rebuild the front porch. The sprawling 10,000 Square foot home is located on the prestigious Daniels Lane in Sagaponack, NY and is the perfect summer getaway for this beautiful young family of four. The well-established couple hired us to transform a traditional Hamptons home into a contemporary weekend delight. Upon entering the house, you are immediately welcomed by an impressive fixture that falls from the second floor to the first - the first of the many artisanal lighting pieces installed throughout the home. The client’s lifestyle and entertaining goals were easily met with an abundance of outdoor seating, decks, balconies, and a special infinity pool and garden areas.

Old World elegance meets modern ease in the beautiful custom-built home. Distinctive exterior details include European stone, classic columns and traditional turrets. Inside, convenience reigns, from the large circular foyer and welcoming great room to the dramatic lake room that makes the most of the stunning waterfront site. Other first-floor highlights include circular family and dining rooms, a large open kitchen, and a spacious and private master suite. The second floor features three additional bedrooms as well as an upper level guest suite with separate living, dining and kitchen area. The lower level is all about fun, with a games and billiards room, family theater, exercise and crafts area.

The entryway, living, and dining room in this Chevy Chase home were renovated with structural changes to accommodate a family of five. Location: New York, NY, United States This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. The dramatic tone of the project is reached with the signature piece; a custom milled stone spiral stair used for entry into the room. After months of conceptualizing and sketching out how to make this a one-of-a-kind stair case, we arrived at the idea of having this element be fully self-supporting with no center pole or additional supports. To achieve this, milled stone treads and risers were CNC cut to specific dimensions and dry-laid onto one another, providing the strength needed to support the necessary weight. This stair tower also features stone walls to match the wine/cigar room, and custom iron handrails and spindles that were hand pounded on-site.

Regent Victorian tiles are a lovely choice for Victorian hall tiles or for creating bathrooms or kitchens in an original style. These are versatile decor floor tiles with borders and angles to facilitate individual designs. Please be aware there are 9 variations for the corner tiles (please see below). Orders will be made up with a mix of corners tiles and we cannot guarantee which tiles will be delivered.
