This 1980’s condo on the East Bank, was ready for some updates to personalize their master bedroom/bath. Inspired by a recent trip to Asia, the clients were eager for a solid shower floor. After much searching, Azul blue Brazilian granite was selected with a custom Schluter drain system. To complement the gray and blue tones, gray travertine was selected for the floors and walls with a blue recycled glass accent. To carry the modern custom look onto the vanity wall, two stacked floating vanities were designed. The Azul granite was installed, modern faucet and basin, as well as the blue glass tile to the ceilings. Custom lighting finishes off the space. This very tiny + outdated kitchen was begging for a fix me up. So we gave it just what it was asking for and we gutted it down to the bare bones and started fresh. A new functional open concept layout, much larger working triangle and massive amount of work space gave this kitchen the love it needed. We opted for no uppers on half of the kitchen to get a slight Scandinavian vibe and a nice neutral slate to keep it timeless and ready to flow with the rest of the home.

After pic of what was a dated kitchen that consisted of off-white raised panel doors on cabinets and tile counter tops. The new "look" (and yes the switch plates still need to be painted out) shows the dramatic transformation with the Crema Bordeaux granite slab countertops, rift cut Walnut cabinets and glass/metallic mosaic tile back splash. Cabinet pulls not yet installed (hence the blue tape marking locations) will be in brushed stainless finish.
