This lovely screened porch blends seemlessly with the home's stucco exterior. Inside, the vaulted beadboard ceiling gives the space a chic, farmhouse vibe. We also added a second story deck right off the master bedroom to create an outdoor retreat for the owners.

Owned by a long-time client of Pulp, this home reflects the owner's personal style -- well-traveled and eclectic -- while also serving as a landing pad for her large family. With spa-like guest bathrooms equipped with robes and lotions, guest bedrooms with multiple beds and high-quality comforters, and a party deck with a bar/entertaining area, this is the ultimate getaway.

We designed a new type of residential project in Sherman Oaks, CA consisting of a second story addition on an attached garage. The clients asked for an up-and-coming feature, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), to be built on the second floor of the garage structure while maintain the existing garage.
