With our vision of transforming their former look into a clean, fresh “Santa Barbara” style, the clients gave us permission to proceed with a new pool and outdoor kitchen design, as well as a new fire pit, additional landscaping and enhanced lighting. This gate leads to the 1st floor sun room deck, directly above. The security gate is constructed for protection but is integral to the design features used throughout on other iron elements. The mahogany spiral stairs match the mahogany material which the upper decks pergola is made of. This is the view looking out of the window from the theater.

Inspiration for a contemporary exterior home remodel in Sydney

This traditional home has had an exciting renovation, from front to back. The upgraded entry door has been enlarged and rehanded, and boasts a custom sliding security leaf that matches the timber cricket bat style door. The glimpses through the house provide a preview of the grand entertaining and living spaces that have been added to the rear.

A beautiful mix of clean stainless steel and warm mango wood creates a stylish and practical kitchen space. This coastal, contemporary Tiny Home features a warm yet industrial style kitchen with stainless steel counters and husky tool drawers with black cabinets. the silver metal counters are complimented by grey subway tiling as a backsplash against the warmth of the locally sourced curly mango wood windowsill ledge. I mango wood windowsill also acts as a pass-through window to an outdoor bar and seating area on the deck. Entertaining guests right from the kitchen essentially makes this a wet-bar. LED track lighting adds the right amount of accent lighting and brightness to the area. The window is actually a french door that is mirrored on the opposite side of the kitchen. This kitchen has 7-foot long stainless steel counters on either end. There are stainless steel outlet covers to match the industrial look. There are stained exposed beams adding a cozy and stylish feeling to the room. To the back end of the kitchen is a frosted glass pocket door leading to the bathroom. All shelving is made of Hawaiian locally sourced curly mango wood. A stainless steel fridge matches the rest of the style and is built-in to the staircase of this tiny home. Dish drying racks are hung on the wall to conserve space and reduce clutter.

Constructed by TnT Builders with the finish details completed by the customer, this large hipped patio cover features: vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and security cameras. This outdoor living area allows for large outdoor parties and a safe place for children to play.

his yard was transformed from a bland bilder basic to a fun and lush xeriscaped entry way. To make the yard feel bigger, we removed the driveway and used gravel from end to end, creating an open, borderless planting and patio space across the entire front yard. For extra security and privacy, a fence was added along the front, which features an automatic gate for easy use as they come and go. With the limestone facade being one of the customers least favorite features of the house, we planted fig ivy vines to grow and cover it.

The Westpoint double-swing gate features a striking country elegance with its wood-like appearance and a beautiful arch shape. This aluminum, sag-free gate also uses custom ball-bearing hinges.
