We titled this project Fortitude as a description of the incredible couple to whom it belongs. In August 2016 a large area of the state was devastated by a flood that shattered records not reached in over 30 years. This home was one of the many affected. After having to endure less than professional contractors and a some medical emergencies. the couple completed the project three years later. The beautiful images you see today are a testament to their extreme fortitude and perseverance amid trying circumstances. To those who never give up hope, the results are sweeter than you can imagine.

Masia Series is a collection of ceramic wall tiles. The colors vary from grey, brown and white. The sporadic crackled effect softens up the face of the tile, creating a softer color. From far away these tiles seem to have an underlying movement, but do not contain harsh or brash veins. The veins are thin, and offer continual movement when up close. The veins are not discolored; they are merely what you would see if a glass bottle shattered, but the bottle did not fall apart. The veining pattern is different on each tile, but not noticeably enough that it takes away from the combined look of the tiles. The polished finish of the tiles creates a smooth touch and a sheen finish. These 3 x 6 field tiles are the perfect size to add to any light commercial or residential installation.

In case you assume that the prerequisite for a contemporary kitchen is monochromatic white, this design will shatter your misconceptions. Admittedly, the upper cabinets are gloss white, but there are two additional cabinet materials that create a rich combination of color and texture. The bases and back of the island are high-gloss dark teak-patterned laminate that echo the dark tongue-and-groove wood ceiling. The tall cabinets, fridge panels, and front and sides of the island are a soft matte gray-toned rift cut patterned laminate. For a clean profile, the white cabinets use touch latches, while the gray and dark doors employ aluminum channel pulls that add a low-sheen metallic accent. Tying everything together is the gray and taupe marble countertops with matching slab backsplashes. The subtly mottled limestone-like porcelain tile flooring is the perfect backdrop for the room’s lively mix.
Influenced by innovative European kitchens, these cabinets use gray metal drawer boxes, elevated to luxury status with walnut knife and cutlery inserts. A popular corner solution is the LeMans corner swing-out, which provides full accessibility to what is ordinarily a dead zone.
Undercounter illumination is supplied by LED lights set into grooves routed out in the bottom of the wall cabinets.

Give your wall a big kiss with our lips acrylic wall mirror. This reflective mirror, although made out of premium acrylic resin delivers a clear and un-foggy reflection comparable to a regular glass mirror.
It's lightweight and safe for all types of spaces (including children's spaces) since it doesn't shatter.
A great way to decorate your bedroom, bathroom, living room, vanity/ closet or even your salon.

Glass - If “the eyes are the windows to the soul,” then “glass windows are the soul of your sunroom.” Nothing lets the light in (or keeps the bugs and the elements out) better than glass, and it’s not just any glass. The new high-tech performance glass blocks up to 90-percent of UV rays, and reduces energy costs. Depending on your needs and budget, a variety of glass options can be utilized in any Carolina Home Exteriors Sunroom.
Single-Pane glass windows are the most affordable and will provide a durable, clear view to the outside. If you’re adding a Four Seasons Sunroom you’ll want to use Energy Star-rated insulted double-pane windows to maximize energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs.
Further, Carolina Home Exteriors installs tempered glass, which is the same formula used in automobile glass. It resists breaking, but if it does it shatters into tiny pieces, reducing the risk of injury and damage to surrounding materials.
Energy Star is a U.S. Government-recognized classification designed to help consumers know the true cost of everything from appliances to HVAC, and even windows.

These tiles have an uneven edge, however, they do sit next to each other nicely. The color of these tiles is a very light grey. It mimics the soft grey in weathered concrete; a very washed-out grey. From far away these tiles seem to have an underlying movement, but do not contain harsh or brash veins. The veins are thin, and offer continual movement when up close. The veins are not discolored; they are merely what you would see if a glass shattered, but the bottle did not fall apart. These tiles are ceramic.

This kitchen features both manufactured quartz and natural quartzite countertops, plus a custom range hood and tile backsplash. The coved ceiling is divided into sections and accented by recessed lighting and speakers. The custom white cabinetry has both solid and glass doors with under-cabinet accent lighting.
