This expansive contemporary penthouse kitchen, with stunning views overlooking White Plains, and the Hudson Valley was designed by Barbara Bell and Bilotta senior designer, Jeff Eakley. The cabinetry is Artcraft in a mix of high-gloss Dannogri laminate, Anthracite high-gloss lacquer, and a custom Gray matte paint. The island, great for entertaining, features a waterfall quartzite countertop with Caesarstone on the perimeter. The backsplash is a metallic glass tile. The Anthracite high gloss lacquer cabinetry hides a paneled 36” Subzero refrigerator and 36” paneled freezer while showcasing a SubZero wine refrigerator and a stainless-steel Bosch wall oven and microwave. A stainless-steel Faber hood sits above a Wolf cooktop. Hidden in the island is an extra Subzero refrigerator drawer for easy to reach drinks. Dishwasher is Miele.

The master bathroom remodel was done in continuation of the color scheme that was done throughout the house.
Large format tile was used for the floor to eliminate as many grout lines and to showcase the large open space that is present in the bathroom.
All 3 walls were tiles with large format tile as well with 3 decorative lines running in parallel with 1 tile spacing between them.
The deck of the tub that also acts as the bench in the shower was covered with the same quartz stone material that was used for the vanity countertop, notice for its running continuously from the vanity to the waterfall to the tub deck and its step.
Another great use for the countertop was the ledge of the shampoo niche.

Morgante Wilson Architects designed the back of the house to showcase the varying window sizes which reflect ample amounts of natural daylight throughout the house. The most notable addition to the house is the large family room addition above the garage and the two-story windows near the back stair case.

This beautifully tiled master shower showcases rich aqua tones that evoke a serene, resort-inspired feel. A recessed niche with a herringbone pattern adds subtle sophistication while keeping essentials within reach.

This Model Home showcases a high-contrast color palette with varying blends of soft, neutral textiles, complemented by deep, rich case-piece finishes.

Perched high above the desert floor, this exclusive community of homes was designed specifically to take full advantage of close indoor/outdoor relationships, to showcase panoramic views and directional breezes. Adjacent mountains sweep across the site, and varied massing combined with rustic stone and wood beams recall historic European hill-towns. Each of the three plans incorporates multiple courtyards and porticos with a centralized, formal entry experience. The interplay of interior volumes articulates natural light and dramatic textures. Public and private spaces have been carefully zoned, to provide pockets of seclusion, balanced with generous entertainment areas. Inclusion of multiple water features combined with indigenous landscape seamlessly blend with the architecture to create a stunning sense of place among the rugged desert terrain.

With a unique architectural element featuring two structural beams running crosswise through the kitchen, the cabinetry needed to work to enhance the detail. On the wish list was an impressive island with seating that could replace the large kitchen table.
The kitchen was designed with 33” high custom wall cabinets of varying heights, to float unobtrusively below the beams. A window was removed in order to accommodate the new beautiful focal point; a custom designed stucco hood and cooking area with a decorative ledge niche. Skylights in the vaulted area produce ample light, allowing the sink to be relocated to the large center island. The cherry glazed island conceals two dishwashers, with a soft outer arc so that diners can see one another.
An elegant dinette area was created to showcase glassware and store linens. With a matching wood top and a hidden TV, this beautiful furniture piece is in direct view from the living room area, making the kitchen, at a glance, as well appointed as the rest of the home.
Softly distressed ivory cabinetry with a brown glaze lightened the originally dark kitchen, creating a roomy and cheerful space. Golden tumbled travertine and crackled glass details on the backsplash accentuate the dramatic “Grand Canyon” colors of the natural stone counter tops.

This culinary kitchen design has a transitional style and incorporates beautiful clean lines. The designer selected a beautiful combination of three different finishes from Medallion to create a well-designed and functional space to satisfy your inner chef. The custom designed kitchen island showcases our Greystone finish from the New Stoney Brooke Collection and creates defined cooking, cleaning, and prep zones within the overall space.
Medallion’s new Stoney Brooke Collection is uniquely textured in subtle shades of grays and browns. This unique finish is achieved by artfully brushing multiple glaze materials onto a stained surface. The varying shades of this glaze application create a subtle textural feel and appearance.
The component hood creates a function focal point and is finished in both Greystone and our new Irish Crème painted finish. The Irish Crème wall cabinetry coordinates beautifully with the Smoke stained base cabinets which provide a neutral backdrop for your culinary creations.
Extend the style and well-appropriated design of your kitchen into the pantry. Select coordinating cabinetry and specialized storage options to fit your culinary needs.
