This large kitchen was desperately needing a refresh. It was far to traditional for the homeowners taste. Additionally, there was no direct path to the dining room as you needed to enter through a butlers pantry. I opened up two doorways into the kitchen from the dining room, which allowed natural light to flow in. The former butlers pantry was then sealed up and became part of the formerly to small pantry. The homeowners now have a 13' long walk through pantry, accessible from both the new bar area and the kitchen.

Our carpenters labored every detail from chainsaws to the finest of chisels and brad nails to achieve this eclectic industrial design. This project was not about just putting two things together, it was about coming up with the best solutions to accomplish the overall vision. A true meeting of the minds was required around every turn to achieve "rough" in its most luxurious state. The molded plastic theme carried over to the vanity top with an “integrated molded sink”. The large plate glass mirror completed the look. We installed a deep acrylic soaking tub with large format porcelain tile walls, and a recessed niche with a matching quartz sill. The vitreous china sink is mounted under a rich quartz vanity top, and a large recessed medicine cabinet with LED light bars integrated into the mirror adorns the wall.

A chalkboard message center on a barn door track was made to coordinate with custom cabinets.
