Manitou suite in The Sanctuary in Simpson. Ground floor level of three level, three bedroom, three bathroom, created within existing church and new construction bedroom + bathroom. Two storey great room with re-finished Douglas fir flooring, gas fireplace, wall of windows and walkout to 300 SF deck.

This Simpson door can be used as a swing door, with barn track hardware, with pivot hardware, in a patio swing door or slider system and many other applications for the home’s exterior.

This client chose the Nantucket Collection by Simpson Doors for their main entrance. This collection has a variety of different wood species and door styles that allows for a truly customized door for any home. The wood selection for this door was Fir and it was stained on site which flows beautifully with the new Nichiha Fiber Cement Siding painted in a soft sage-y green ( Benjamin Moore - Avon Green). The final addition of Emtek's Lausanne statement hardware in flat black adds the finishing touch to this renovated home.

This room has a formal Maria Antoinette quality that promises total comfort and full-on romance with no unnecessary chaos. An oversize bed has been transformed with a white denim slipcover; the teal bedding is from Shabby's Petticoat Collection. Pale blue velvet gives a pair of Shabby white vintage formal chairs a new lease on life, an oversize carved mirror anchors the romance in the room, and the teal velvet curtains bring a pop of drama into an otherwise soft palette. Home design - transitional home design idea in Boston

Mr. Simpson is a returning client (we love maintaining business relationships) who wanted to create a funeral home with a slightly different business model. This space is a funeral home conversation --- formerly office space with four existing walls in all glass. Quite the challenge but ended up being the jewel of the space. All that natural light - when managed - is such as asset to the funeral home. Thank you, Allen, for allowing us to be apart of your endeavor.
