Maax shower pan and doors; ADM Bathroom design sink; Toto Maris toilet on a Geberit carrier; LED lighting; Krea porcelain tiles; Delta faucet; Hansgrohe shower valve, shower diverter and shower bar; Grohe tub spout; Gatco Channel towel bar, robe hooks, tissue holder, glass shelf and tilting mirror; Panasonic ducted fan; and so on... Took about a year on-and-off, did all the work myself (part of a complete remodel in an unfinished space that included the bathroom, utilities room, office, living room, and washer/dryer room)

The freestanding tub sits in front of a custom designed floor length mirror. White marble chair rail pieces were used to craft the outer portion of the frame and mother of pearl mosaics were used for the inner frame and then completed with a small piece of chair rail. The barrel tray is magically transformed into a soft pearlized finish with just a hint of color swirled magically, reflecting beautifully with the enhancement of rope lighting hidden by the cove molding. Just because you have a small space, doesn't mean you can't have the bathroom of your dreams. With this small foot print we were able to fit in two shower heads, two shower benches and hidden storage solutions!

Remember the boy's bath in this home was a bedroom, well the Master Bath featured here gained a beautiful two person walk in shower in this transformation as well! The previous super cozy (OK way too small) bath had a single sink only 24" Wide, we arranged the new Master to have double sinks here in this 48" Wide vanity. A major plus!

The owners of this small condo came to use looking to add more storage to their bathroom. To do so, we built out the area to the left of the shower to create a full height “dry niche” for towels and other items to be stored. We also included a large storage cabinet above the toilet, finished with the same distressed wood as the two-drawer vanity. We used a hex-patterned mosaic for the flooring and large format 24”x24” tiles in the shower and niche. The green paint chosen for the wall compliments the light gray finishes and provides a contrast to the other bright white elements. Working with a very small footprint we did everything to maximize the space in this master bathroom. Removing the original door to the bathroom, we widened the opening to 48" and used a sliding frosted glass door to let in additional light and prevent the door from blocking the only window in the bathroom. Removing the original single vanity and bumping out the shower into a hallway shelving space, the shower gained two feet of depth and the owners now each have their own vanities!

Inspiration for a small contemporary mirror tile powder room remodel in New Orleans with a wall-mount sink and white walls

© Wing Wong This two bedroom apartment on New York's Upper West Side underwent a gut renovation to allow continuous sight lines and views in three directions: east to Central Park, north to the George Washington Bridge, and east to the Hudson River. The master bedroom was reconfigured to create an adjacent study with two exposures. Mondrian-inspired pocket doors allow light to penetrate the apartment while also providing a private study. The project was completed in an accelerated time frame and within a strict budget.
