In this master bath, Medallion White Icing Classic Painted Vanity with matching vanity mirror. On the Countertop is Cambria Windemere quart with Kohler Memoirs Collection in Chrome. A free-standing White Neptune Believe acrylic tub with Mass air and jets. The shower walls are Corian Solid Surface White Jasmine with two pie shaped corner shelves. On the floor is White Falda 12x24 porcelain tile.

When this suburban family decided to renovate their kitchen, they knew that they wanted a little more space. Advance Design worked together with the homeowner to design a kitchen that would work for a large family who loved to gather regularly and always ended up in the kitchen! So the project began with extending out an exterior wall to accommodate a larger island and more moving-around space between the island and the perimeter cabinetry. Style was important to the cook, who began collecting accessories and photos of the look she loved for months prior to the project design. She was drawn to the brightness of whites and grays, and the design accentuated this color palette brilliantly with the incorporation of a warm shade of brown woods that originated from a dining room table that was a family favorite. Classic gray and white cabinetry from Dura Supreme hits the mark creating a perfect balance between bright and subdued. Hints of gray appear in the bead board detail peeking just behind glass doors, and in the application of the handsome floating wood shelves between cabinets. White subway tile is made extra interesting with the application of dark gray grout lines causing it to be a subtle but noticeable detail worthy of attention. Suede quartz Silestone graces the countertops with a soft matte hint of color that contrasts nicely with the presence of white painted cabinetry finished smartly with the brightness of a milky white farm sink. Old melds nicely with new, as antique bronze accents are sprinkled throughout hardware and fixtures, and work together unassumingly with the sleekness of stainless steel appliances. The grace and timelessness of this sparkling new kitchen maintains the charm and character of a space that has seen generations past. This quartersawn oak bathroom was built with shaker style doors and drawers. The vanity has a gray, solid surface countertop with a full round over edge. In it we installed an integrated sink.

A tiny jewel box apartment nestled into the landmarked neighborhood of Forest Hills, this renovation included custom work in every corner. In order to maximize space, uneven walls on the window wall were built out to become storage spaces. The kitchen, clad in a clean solid surface material, houses hidden storage spots. Attention to detail was critical throughout this space. The floors are made of solid, wide plank white oak, and they meet along the main divide of the apartment to form a chevron spine. These homeowners desired a complete custom remodel of their kitchen, laundry, and mud room. The decorative glass doors, undercabinet lighting and European style brass Cremone bolt hardware add the finishing touches to this dream kitchen.

Our clients wanted to incorporate an East Coast vibe into their home. The kitchen had a great layout, but a wilted palette of earth tones looked outdated and uninspired. With a busy lifestyle and two kids in school, the couple needed a highly functional space that didn't skimp on style. Their research of design-build firms led them to the JRP website, and they called for a consultation the same day. After years of living with dark cabinets and a mix of heavy colors, the couple craved lightness. They wanted an airy kitchen with smooth, light-reflecting surfaces and a full-slab backsplash.
