The existing doorway was crumbling apart. Speculation surmised that originally it was a window and at some point was modified into a door. A reclaimed stone header and threshold were tediously adopted into the original stone framework. The rest of the adjoining stone on either side of the entryway was massaged into place to make the outcome look intentional. A custom wood door and accompanying screen door were hung in the renovated opening.

Madison Way floor plan that we built as a speculative home to sell to a potential buyer. We took the exterior curb appeal of a home, then had the design team look over the layout of the home to make adjustments to customize to the desired layout of the team. We then had our subcontracted architect draw the plans to our specifications. Our homes are subcontracted to area professionals who work with and in conjunction with MHI and our General Contractor. Our team of design professionals work together to make interior as well as exterior selections. Home design - mediterranean home design idea in Miami

This modern northwest contemporary house was a speculative venture that was one of two side by side homes. The project maximized the views by creating a side entry allowing full windows from all rooms. The stucco, wood and stone veneer exterior creates a modern northwest character. The open floor plans allow for flexible circulation and continuous views from room to room.

A fresh and inventive response to the McMansion, this new 4,000sf speculative development home has been meticulously designed and executed to deliver a tasteful and functional floor plan which reflects modern living.

The homeowner for whom we built this wood pergola happens to be an artist. We suspect that fact may have had something to do with the way this project turned out, but that’s only speculation.

Located in Montecito, was a teardown and reconstructed speculation project. Only portions of the foundation were salvaged and the project included the entire site redevelopment.
