This client desired a multifunctional space to use for her daily yoga practice and private teaching sessions along with a cozy spot for her family to watch movies and guests to spend the weekend. We first started by lightening the walls with a creamy white paint, then added a focal point with an accent wallpaper and upgraded to a modern sleek ceiling fan. With the addition of a guest bed disguised in this elegant cabinet, cozy futon chairs, black out shades and flowing sheer curtains we checked off all the boxes for this amazing space.

Inside a wall of walk-in closets in the bedroom, practical storage solutions including shelves, drawers, and hangers abound. The interior components were practical on the budget as well, so we were able to focused the spending the exterior with stunning solid rift cut oak doors.

Add residential emergency lighting in your home. Cheaper than a standby system, instant, no need to modify your electrical service. Cost effective way to add safety and security in the event of a temporary power outage. We spend eight hours of our time at work, and at most workplaces emergency lighting is required. We spend most of our time at home, or in someone else's home. Why not protect the people we love at home? For the elderly and those who have other difficulties, walking through a house in the dark can have terrible circumstances. We install emergency lighting in the most economical, practical areas to help make all homes safer.

These clients really enjoy their backyard space, with gardening and spending time with friends and family. They also practice yoga, and craved to have a space that could be their own personal yoga studio. The only problem they had in this space was a storage shed that wasn’t functional for them. With their wants and needs, the homeowners came to us because they wanted a functioning space to practice their love of yoga. This shed accomplishes that needs. We installed double hung Richlin Windows and a Marvin Integrity sliding patio door, all in a Bronze finish. Cedar corbels and beams, tongue and groove floor planks on their 3’ porch, a cedar trellis to replicate existing pergola, exposed trusses, cedar tongue and groove siding, and a stacked seam steel roof add to the charm of this shed. The finished space is a restful getaway in the city for the clients to meditate and leave their worries behind. Om! See full details at : http://www.castlebri.com/specialty/project3205-1/ .
