Nikki Levy interiors is second to none!! Nikki’s visions and designs are absolutely incredible and unique, she is a creative genius. I have been working closely with Payton on my project, she is phenomenal as well, attentive to detail, intuitive, and just plain fabulous at interior design. She really listens to your needs and wants and incorporates them into your design. Not to mention she is such a pleasure to work with so sweet and kind!! They make sure every little detail is just perfect, take care of all the vendor/contractor issues so you have no headaches and best of all you will have a stunning result, guaranteed. After interviewing several top interior design firms, we engaged Nikki Levy Interiors (“NLI”) for a complete interior design and buildout for our new-construction home in Boca, which was completed by the builder in summer 2021. From day one, we were impressed with Nikki and her team. The project was led by Payton. NLI’s renderings are works of art – we genuinely felt inspired when they were presented. Love at first sight! They listened to what we wanted and coached us through the selection process of décor, furnishings, and material. We had to navigate pandemic-related supply chain issues with contractor and product delays, but NLI was able to pivot when needed and delivered. This caused stress for everyone involved, but we have to give it to this firm, and all of their associates in how they managed during the pandemic. For years, design firms and consumers only had to wait a week or two to procure furnishings, décor, or even a contractor – but now that can be a 6+ month wait. As a high-end design firm, NLI handled it with the grace and professionalism. Our home turned out better than imaged and we could not be more pleased. We stated from the beginning that when we, or our guests walk into our home, we wanted a jaw-dropping reaction – nearly a year later, we still have that ear-to-ear smile when we step into our oasis. I cannot recommend Nikki Levy Interiors enough. They are lovely people to do business with, artistically gifted and forever a part of our home. Wow! I can't say enough about this team.. Absolutely incredible. We purchased a Home in the Lake ida area that was a little dated to say the least. Being that it was the first time doing a complete remodel we needed some guidance. After a bad experience with our first GC and not really knowing what to do, we knew we needed some help from someone with experience. After interviewing some designers, we had a zoom call with with Nikki and knew we had to look no further. We just had that feeling that she was the one, her company was the one, and our gut feeling couldn't have been more spot on. The team helped throughout the entire process. They assisted and controlled the design and layout of new structure of the house, assisted in getting us an architect, to showing us 3D renderings to picking out furniture etc etc etc. Literally soup to nuts! The 3D rendering is mind blowing. The way they constructed the home and laid everything out with furniture, appliances fixtures etc allowed us to see the end result before the work even started which made this such a painless process. I am a very visual person and needed to see what the space would look like before dishing out cash and keeping my fingers crossed and that is exactly what they provided. Yes there were some hiccups along the way which is normal, but having the ability to lean on Nikki, Payton, and McKenzie made those hiccups much smoother. Having poor experiences with multiple Interior decorators in our old house, I knew what I longed for when looking for someone to design the new house we purchased in 2018. Having small children, yet the desire to have a beautiful “model” house, while still being functional and livable, I knew I needed to find the right person who could make my dreams come true. Seeing so many positive reviews and the 3D renderings next to the real-life pictures of Nikki’s work, was what made me initially reach out to Nikki Levy Interiors. After meeting Nikki for the first time, I knew we were going to have a long-standing relationship since I wanted her to design every inch of our 5,000-square foot home. Nikki and her team were absolutely amazing during my move from out of state. Building a custom home is a long and very detailed process. There are a thousand decisions that need to be made and each one affects the ones that come before and after. Nikki Levy Interiors has been on this job from conception to move-in, a 2 year adventure. Nikki and Alyssa worked together with my architect and my builder. They provided plans and renderings so that every room was designed intentionally. We spent endless hours going over plumbing, electric, finishes, fabrics, colors, lighting, etc. The attention to detail was impressive at every step. They brought my vision for the space to life and made it even more interesting, inviting, and unique than I dreamed possible. Their access to industry leaders in furnishings, lighting and fabric vendors as well as incredible furniture makers, finishers and other fabricators is incredible. Nikki has done an outstanding job furnishing and decorating our new home. We moved from the northeast with hardly anything. Nikki put together designs and ideas that we could approve or reject. We decided to hire Nikki after a friend recommended her and after seeing 2 homes that she designed. Our home style was traditional Mediterranean and was in sore need of a renovation. Nikki transformed the entire home into a fresh and edgy transitional home just as we had requested. Our project involved updating our open-layout living room, family room and kitchen. She was able to get a perfect read on our style, goals (and constraints). While we gave her free-reign, she presented various options as we proceeded with the project. We could not be happier with how our home has come out! After a series of great disappointments with the decorating/ designer profession--over years in which I built and/or decorated eight different homes—I despaired of ever finding an honest, hard-working, responsible decorator. And then Nikki came into my life! By the end of the first week, I had most of the plans in place, and by the end of the month, most of basic selections had been made. With creativity combined with knowledge of construction as well as of products in the marketplace, Nikki showed sensitivity to my budget, understood when I would spend more and suggested shortcuts whenever possible. Transparent about her fees, she has been generous with her time, met deliveries, visited the job site as often as needed, and never left loose ends. By the nature of construction and decorating—even with the best planning—problems are sure to pop up. The real test of an excellent designer is how she handles problems. Nikki has great people skills when it comes to dealing with vendors, contractors and craftsmen, and she followed up relentlessly until the problem was fixed or an alternate solution was found. The result is my new home that is both comfortable and beautiful.

I purchased a home in Florida and needed someone to help me decorate the entire home. I was still living inBtimore at the time so needed somebody to help me decorate from afar. I hired Nikki to assist me in the design on a new construction house that I had just purchased. Nikki worked with me with all the house selections. Marble floors, hardwood, tiles, cabinet and hardware selection etc. She went to every meeting that I had with the builder from choosing the tiles and shape of the pool to determining where we needed electrical outlets. In addition to the selections that were made through the builder - Nikki helped to achieve the casual 'hamptons" style home that we wanted to create. Interior paint colors, wallpaper, curtains, shutters and rugs were selected to create a cohesive look throughout the house. We also purchased new furniture for the majority of the house. She understood my budget and worked with ways to maximize the funds that I had. We added ceiling details, accent walls, built ins and a custom outdoor kitchen to really make the house one of a kind. I hired Nikki to help me with all the pre-construction options to the complete decorating once the house was built. I knew that I wanted a very modern feel but warm at the same time. Nikki exceeded my expectations in accomplishing this look. Each room was uniquely designed with a vision beyond anything I could have seen. Nikki Levy is a professional in the truest sense of the world. I work as a "Design & Options Specialist" for one of the Largest Public Builders in the Country. I am currently working on a community where the price range of the homes is 1 - 2 million base. Ms. Levy has worked with 5 of our homeowners during the selection process as well as after closing to add all of the finishes touches such as furnishings, wallpaper, lighting fixtures, back splashes, closet organizers, window treatments and accessories. Regarding the "Option Selection Process" Ms. Levy is extremely easy to work with. The Builder is considered a "Production Builder" and Nikki was able to work inside of those guidelines while still creating a uniquely personalized palette for each individual homeowner. Not only does Ms. Levy attend every "Design" meeting, she also makes herself available for the electrical and final walk through, slab previews, natural stone flooring approvals and any other last minute meetings that may arise due to construction challenges.
