Tastefully accented with large handle, chrome finished hardware and paired with a pop of color, this neutral combination proves to be anything but dull. Convenience and functionality play a big role in the design of this unit. A wall bed is a perfect addition to any spot that doubles as a guest room or has a limited amount of floor space. Converting your wall bed is a stress-free operation that requires very little effort. In just a few seconds you can unfold this convenient bed into instant sleeping arrangements, complete with a comfortable standard-size mattress. Our convertible design makes it simple to fold out the bed and tuck it back away when not in use. This dual-purpose unit was designed with tons of cabinetry and shelving for extra storage. With two large cabinets, you can easily hang a long skirt with enough room underneath to store your favorite footwear. Front to back pull-out hanging rods provide ample hanging space in a shallow cabinet. Visualizing your available clothing options face on will cut down the time it takes to mix and match the perfect ensemble. This design also includes plenty of deep drawer storage, which can be a useful place for storing spare linens. Top shelves are a perfect way to personalize your room with mementos, collectibles and home décor. Open shelving offers a substantial amount of depth, allowing you to display your exclusive handbags. Conveniently kept in the lower cabinet is a hide away ironing board. The drawer mounted ironing board slides out when needed and easily folds up when not in use. It also rotates, which gives you the freedom to position it where you feel most comfortable. Having necessities readily available can make tedious house chores a little more enjoyable. Inspiration for a mid-sized rustic brown wood gable roof remodel in Dallas

The shower floor and niche are designed in a Skyline Honed 1 x 1 Hexagon Marble Mosaic tile. We added a shower bench and strategically placed grab bars for stability and safety, along with robe hooks for convenience. Delta fixtures in matte black complete this gorgeous ADA-compliant shower.

Transforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.

Backyard string lights, custom cut to fit the space. 4 x 4 wood post were installed to support one end of the string light runs, otherwise the lights wouldn't be high enough to walk under.

This amazing hardwood is build for the most challenging of climates! Although available in 6" 7"& 8" wide planks as seen here, the meticulous construction provides excellent dimensional stability and a durable surface that easily stands up to normal wear while offering an exquisite finish. Our favorite part is the unique squared nosings that further enhance the beauty of this product.

These bespoke fitted alcove TV, display and storage cabinets were handcrafted by Claude Clémaron for a period property in southwest London. The green-painted oak cabinetry provides a variety of open and concealed storage. Tall bifold doors are designed to hide the large black TV screen when it’s not in use and maintain the aesthetic of the living space. The made to measure, floor to ceiling cabinets have been made in natural oak and painted green, in a deep, heritage shade. The spray painted matt finish retains the beautiful appearance of the oak wood’s grain and texture. The painted finish is Green Smoke no 47 by Farrow and Ball, a smoky green, popular in late 19th century interiors. LED lights enhance the units with a subtle glow, while also illuminating the items on display. Timeless craftsmanship for classic interiors The classic bespoke built-in cabinetry features fluted pilasters, decorative elements resembling a column and the mark of fine craftsmanship. Flutes are vertical concave grooves carved into the surface of the pilaster, adding texture and visual interest to the pilaster and bringing a luxuriously elegant look to the cabinetry. The lower cupboards feature soft closing, push to open doors, handle-free doors. This has the effect of a panelled look without the distraction of extra hardware. Bespoke solid oak library ladder The beautifully crafted library ladder enables the user to reach the upper shelves of the cabinets. The ladder hooks on to the handmade aged black steel rails incorporated onto the cabinets. Made in solid oak for strength, stability and style, the ladder will last for decades. Built in fire surround with mantle We created a simple built in integrated fire surround with a shallow decorative mantle for the existing wood burner stove. The fake chimneybreast for the fireplace has a distinctive panel design and visually connects the two alcove cabinets to appear as one continuous wall fitment.

The linen closet from the hallway and bathroom was removed and the vanity area was decreased to allow room for an intimate-sized sauna. • This change also gave room for a larger shower area o Superior main showerhead o Rain head from ceiling o Hand-held shower for seated comfort o Independent volume controls for multiple users/functions o Grab bars to aid for stability and seated functions o Teak bench to add warmth and ability to sit while bathing • Curbless entry and sliding door system delivers ease of access in the event of any physical limitations. • Cherry cabinetry and vein-cut travertine chosen for warmth and organic qualities – creating a natural spa-like atmosphere. • The bright characteristics of the Nordic white spruce sauna contrast for appreciated cleanliness. • Ease of access for any physical limitations with new curb-less shower entry & sliding enclosure • Additional storage designed with elegance in mind o Recessed medicine cabinets into custom wainscot surround o Custom-designed makeup vanity with a tip-up top for easy access and a mirror o Vanities include pullouts for hair appliances and small toiletries
