Trisha Yearwood Home...Straightforward, honest and simple without being plain, and designed for comfort perfectly describes the furniture in this collection. With an eye towards bringing indoor styling outdoors, it features wood and iron look finishes and designs taken from the Trisha Yearwood indoor collection. Crafted from sturdy and durable powder coated aluminum, the frames of this collection are fully functional in an outdoor setting. Plush, comfortable cushions are covered in beautiful Sunbrella fabrics that correlate for eye-catching looks. Trisha Yearwood Home brings her southern inspired, yet well-traveled, lifestyle to the outdoors.

A modern home with traditional forms and straightforward detailing combines painted brick, lap siding and antique wood structural elements to create a one-of-a-kind home on a 2.4 acre relatively flat lot. A circular drive partially screened by low brick walls and strategically placed landscaping brings you onto the site where one can make a stop at the porte-cochère drop off on their way to the garage or continue to a welcoming front porch. This 2-story home has 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths with 6,125 sq. ft. of conditioned spaces and a total of 9,731 sq. ft. under roof.
As you enter an intimate sized foyer, there’s a dining room to the right that opens to the kitchen and features a large picture window facing the front yard with a ceiling with white oak beams. Straight ahead you’re led to a living room that features a pre-cast stone fireplace mantle and painted coffered ceilings. It is part of a great room with a kitchen and large island that continues with white oak accents in some of the cabinetry. Pairs of arched openings and a pocket door flank each end of the room leading to a scullery kitchen on one end and to guest bedroom and master bedroom suites on the other.
The outdoor cooking and living areas are conveniently located thru French doors right off the great room and a game room that is part of the house that extends into the back yard providing great access and views to a pool and a basketball sport court. An outdoor fireplace adds a cozy touch to a seating area that is next to the outdoor cooking and dining area.
The master bedroom suite is positioned to take advantage of views to the backyard and also has access to a back porch. Easy access is provided to a well-appointed master bath that leads to his and her closets. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. An office is also provided which is positioned above the dining room below so that it shares the continuation of the large picture window idea that affords beautiful views of the front yard and a lake across the street. A small common area located off the stair landing provides a place for the kids to hang out.

Our primary objective was to preserve the galley kitchen's current layout while enhancing its spaciousness. We achieved this by opting for matte white cabinets, chosen for their elegant and straightforward appeal. To maintain a clean and seamless look, we included under-cabinet lighting and integrated finger pulls on the cabinet doors, avoiding the need for additional hardware so it gives an even more sophisticated feel by removing excess visuals.

The balance of form and function is the hallmark of modern design. This staircase is a perfect example of that elegant simplicity. The dark-stained treads, newels, and smooth wood handrail create a rich foundation, while the parallel horizontal stainless steel rods add a sleek touch. With a beautiful overlook from the second floor, the staircase serves as a stunning focal point for the home. However, it's the interplay between the dark wood and gleaming steel elements that truly sets this project apart, demonstrating how material contrast can elevate a straightforward design into something memorable.

With bright white walls as a jumping off point, accent colors of gray blue, blush and plum add in something for everyone. Dark woods ground the design and pops of metallic gold add interest and flair. Cozy soft goods and bedding soften the space making it approachable and welcoming for the whole family to grow into and enjoy together for many years.

For an industrial look this condo kitchen used a concrete finish to add more character to the space. The flooring was stained a dark gray, and the structural concrete walls are exposed to accent the floors. The walls were skim coated and sealed with a natural coating.
The kitchen countertops are stunning yet straightforward featuring Statuary Classique Quartz from MSI Surfaces which is elegant, durable and requires no maintenance. This marble-look quartz is a soothing white background, and delicate veins make for great countertops with waterfalls.
The Backsplash wall tile is a Bergamo Herringbone Mosaic by MSI Surfaces which is an elegant natural beautiful white marble tile that features soft gray tones in the veins. The herringbone design reflects a modern take on a traditional pattern as seen on Vimeo.

This bathroom in Little Paxton is a great example of how thoughtful design and careful planning can turn a tricky space into something beautifully simple.
We recently supplied and installed this lovely en-suite bathroom for a customer in Little Paxton. With a sloping ceiling, the room had its challenges — but by making a few changes at design stage, we were able to create space for sensible storage and a generous shower.
The original subfloor wasn’t solid and the tiles had cracked, so the room had to be completely stripped out and repaired. Once the groundwork was done, we carried out all the electrics, plumbing, plastering, and tiling, along with underfloor heating and Calacatta-style wall panels in the shower.
This bathroom has a clean, contemporary feel. The floor tiles were chosen to complement the wall panels in the shower, keeping the design cohesive throughout. A glass shower enclosure keeps things open, while the splashback of blue-green tiles behind the sink adds a pop of colour. Silver-toned fittings and an oval countertop basin bring a polished, modern finish to the room.
It may not be a large space, but this one came together beautifully. A straightforward layout, clean finishes, and a touch of luxury where it counts. Simple, effective and elegant. Love it!

Designed as a home and studio for a photographer and his young family, Lightbox is located on a peninsula that extends south from British Columbia across the border to Point Roberts. The densely forested site lies beside a 180-acre park that overlooks the Strait of Georgia, the San Juan Islands and the Puget Sound.
Having experienced the world from under a black focusing cloth and large format camera lens, the photographer has a special fondness for simplicity and an appreciation of unique, genuine and well-crafted details.
The home was made decidedly modest, in size and means, with a building skin utilizing simple materials in a straightforward yet innovative configuration. The result is a structure crafted from affordable and common materials such as exposed wood two-bys that form the structural frame and directly support a prefabricated aluminum window system of standard glazing units uniformly sized to reduce the complexity and overall cost.
Accessed from the west on a sloped boardwalk that bisects its two contrasting forms, the house sits lightly on the land above the forest floor.
A south facing two-story glassy cage for living captures the sun and view as it celebrates the interplay of light and shadow in the forest. To the north, stairs are contained in a thin wooden box stained black with a traditional Finnish pine tar coating. Narrow apertures in the otherwise solid dark wooden wall sharply focus the vibrant cropped views of the old growth fir trees at the edge of the deep forest.
Lightbox is an uncomplicated yet powerful gesture that enables one to view the subtlety and beauty of the site while providing comfort and pleasure in the constantly changing light of the forest.

A delicate blend of modern elegance and minimalist ease, combined with sophistication and warmth is the best way to describe the Aspen’s home style. Bold patterns and dark woods mixed with light linen upholstery create a sense of drama throughout. A classic color scheme of bright whites and rich blacks make for a solid backdrop while hints of sleek grays and brushed gold and chrome metals offer energy to each space.

From Greek meaning “to float,” Pléo is a design that lifts elegant, modern form up off of the floor. Featuring a stylized, hourglass shaped bowl and a softly rounded actuator plate framed in smoky white glass, the Pléo wall-mounted toilet is a model of clean design. The dual-flush actuator buttons are intuitive to the touch with firm actuation. The bowl shape smoothly conforms to the wall in a straightforward approach and is proportionately scaled to fit any surrounding.

This 4-person hot tub is handcrafted from thick, solid Western Red Cedar, creating a strong and durable structure designed for long-term outdoor use in all climates.
The solid cedar walls provide excellent structural strength and natural insulation, helping the tub perform reliably in both hot summer conditions and freezing winter temperatures. Western Red Cedar handles temperature changes and moisture exceptionally well, remaining stable where many common wood species would warp or deteriorate over time.
This hot tub is equipped with integrated massage jets that provide gentle hydrotherapy while maintaining the quiet and natural soaking experience of a traditional cedar tub.
Unlike acrylic tubs, the all-natural cedar construction contains no plastic shell or synthetic surfaces. Western Red Cedar naturally resists moisture, mold, and decay, and releases a subtle natural aroma that enhances the soaking experience.
Built with thick solid staves and traditional construction methods, this cedar hot tub is designed to last 15–20+ years outdoors with simple and straightforward maintenance.
