The kitchen perimeter and coffee bar cabinets highlight Merillat Classic in the door style Rowan with a Cotton finish. The kitchen island cabinets feature Masterpiece in the Sawyer door style with a Rainfall finish. After completing The Victoria Crest Residence we used this plan model for more homes after, because of it's success in the floorpan and overall design. The home offers expansive decks along the back of the house as well as a rooftop deck. Our flat panel walnut cabinets plays in with our clean line scheme. The creative process for our window layout is given much care along with interior lighting selection. We cannot stress how important lighting is to our company. Our wrought iron and wood floating staircase system is designed in house with much care. This open floorpan provides space for entertaining on both the main and upstair levels. The kitchen was dark overall and the cherry cabinets had darkened over time and paired with a black granite countertop, left them wanting. Avid coffee drinkers, a morning espresso for the pair was a must have. Their favorite coffee machine was important in their kitchen; however they didn’t love that it was visible on the counter even when not in use. A large peninsula separated the eat-in dining area, putting a barrier between the cook and guests. The island, while large, was two levels, and limited the work area because of the raised area. Finally, a nearby business center ended up being a catch-all, causing stress for this organized duo. After living in the home for a bit, they wanted to take the kitchen and make it theirs. The new kitchen design features white maple cabinets with a quartzite countertop in the color Taj Mahal. The slightly larger island eliminates the peninsula so that it feels open and cohesive, while butcher block countertops on either side of the range provide a beautiful and functional option. Additional cabinets, hidden behind the chairs on the back of the island provide additional storage options for specialty dishes. Large matte black pendant lights with brass interiors hang over the island and dining area. Wooden and wire pot racks enclose the island pendants for a fun and attractive way to store cooking pans. Overall, the kitchen color profile is much lighter than before with white subway tiles on the backsplash. A touch of whimsy in the design can be found in the form of a small nod to New England’s Cape Cod with a custom tile map over the range that they picked up in their travels. A creamy beadboard ceiling gives the room a beautiful custom look while staying on theme. A favorite feature is the appliance garage that holds their ever-important espresso machine but hides it away when not in use. Little details like their pop-up outlets make a big splash with everyday use, while the built-in cabinets in the hallway offer additional kitchen storage, book storage and display cabinets at the top complete with special lighting.

When Amy and Brandon, hip 30 year old attorneys decided to look for a home with better outdoor living space, closer to restaurants and night spots, their search landed them on a house with the perfect outdoor oasis. Unfortunately, it came with an interior that was a mish mash of 50’s, 60’s and 70’s design. Having already taken on a DIY remodel on their own, they weren’t interested in going through the stress and frustration of one again. They were resolute on hiring an expert designer and contractor to renovate their new home. The completed renovation features sleek black cabinetry, rich ebony floors, bold geometric tile in the bath, gold hardware and lighting that together, create a fresh and modern take on traditional style. Thoughtfully designed cabinetry packs this modest sized kitchen with more cabinetry & features than some kitchens twice it’s size, including two spacious islands. Choosing not to use upper cabinets on one wall was a design choice that allowed us to feature an expanse of pure white quartz as the backdrop for the kitchens curvy hood and spikey gold sconces. A mix of high end furniture, finishes and lighting all came together to create just the right mix to lend a 21st century vibe to this quaint traditional home.

The perfect place to seek respite from the stress of everyday life, this primary suite featured warm wood ceilings, and views that spanned miles. A fireplace added a cozy warmth to the space while the chandelier added a touch of elegance. The adjacent office space made working from home a pleasure.

On the top of these South Shore of Boston homeowner’s master bath desires was a fireplace and TV set in ledger tile and a stylish slipper tub strategically positioned to enjoy them! They also requested a larger walk-in shower with seat and several shelves, cabinetry with plenty of storage and no-maintenance quartz countertops. To create this bath’s peaceful feel, Renovisions collaborated with the owners to design with a transitional style in mind and incorporated luxury amenities to reflect the owner’s personalities and preferences. First things first, the blue striped wall paper was out along with the large Jacuzzi tub they rarely used. Designing this custom master bath was a delight for the Renovisions team. The existing space was large enough to accommodate a soaking tub and a free-standing glass enclosed shower for a clean and sophisticated look. Dark Brazilian cherry porcelain plank floor tiles were stunning against the natural stone-look border while the larger format textured silver colored tiles dressed the shower walls along with the attractive black pebble stone shower floor. Renovisions installed tongue in groove wood to the entire ceiling and along with the moldings and trims were painted to match the soft ivory hues of the cabinetry. An electric fireplace and TV recessed into striking ledger stone adds a touch of rustic glamour to the room. Other luxurious design elements used to create this relaxing retreat included a heated towel rack with programmable thermostat, shower bench seat and curbing that matched the countertops and five glass shelves that completed the sleek look. Gorgeous quartz countertops with waterfall edges was the perfect choice to tie in nicely with the furniture-style cream colored painted custom cabinetry with silver glaze. The beautiful matching framed mirrors were picturesque. This spa-like master bath ‘Renovision’ was built for relaxation; a soothing sanctuary where these homeowners can retreat to de-stress at the end of a long day. By simply dimming the beautifully adorned chandelier lighting, these clients enjoy the sense-soothing amenities and zen-like ambiance in their own master bathroom.
