I bought beautiful tile at Richmond Tile. It was reasonably priced and of high quality. The sales person AJ, who assisted us was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and accommodating. He recommended an installer to lay the tile, Michael Canette. Michael did an outstanding job. He did such a great job with the floor I had him re-tile my master bathroom. I was 100% satisfied with my experience at Richmond Tile and highly recommend you to go there for all of your tile needs.

we went thee for bathroom tile on the recommendation from our contractor. After being in the showroom we decided to get everything that we needed for remodeling 2 bathrooms. there was a wide range of choices and most of the things we saw were first rate. showroom is fairly large. our Sales associate/designer(Bernadette) was awesome and took her time in showing both my wife and I lots of different possibilities and how to make them all work together in a reasonable budget. Everyone there was helpful. The owner was in the showroom and was very accessable and also extremely helpful with his insights. the most impressive thing to me was that we were able to buy everything there and satisfy both my wife's tastes and mine which are really quite different. Kudos to the people there. Highly recommend!!

I needed to purchase 1x 9lbs Pail-Urethane Grout-StarQuartz - Quartz Lock 2 - Hemp / 9lbs for $82.00 each. I wasn't able to get it at my local tile store anymore. The gentleman on the phone was informative and quite personable. I wish the store was local because the showroom looks amazing and the personnel seem like the type of people I would like to work with. Kudos to your staff. Thank you!
