It is accented with 6x12 Antique Saltillo tile - also known as antique terra cotta tile. The pergola is custom stained to match it rustic outdoor surroundings. The coping edges are also Cantera stone coping pieces in Recinto. This is similar to a volcanic rock. Drive up to practical luxury in this Hill Country Spanish Style home. The home is a classic hacienda architecture layout. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor living areas, and plenty of land to roam. Inspiration for a timeless backyard stone pool remodel in DC Metro

This modern mansion has a grand entrance indeed. To the right is a glorious 3 story stairway with custom iron and glass stair rail. The dining room has dramatic black and gold metallic accents. To the left is a home office, entrance to main level master suite and living area with SW0077 Classic French Gray fireplace wall highlighted with golden glitter hand applied by an artist. Light golden crema marfil stone tile floors, columns and fireplace surround add warmth. The chandelier is surrounded by intricate ceiling details. Just around the corner from the elevator we find the kitchen with large island, eating area and sun room. The SW 7012 Creamy walls and SW 7008 Alabaster trim and ceilings calm the beautiful home.

Location: Spring Lake, NJ, US Our design goal for this renovation and addition was to present a modern interpretation of Colonial Plantation Style. This home features dark wood floors, wood paneling and a light soothing color scheme. The Dining Room features classic silk De Gournay Wallpaper which further fuses the indoor and outdoor seamlessness of the home. The amazing tile installations permeate the decor with color, texture and pattern. The shaker-style kitchen is refreshed by using black cabinetry, a custom stainless hood and La Cornue Range. Inspiration for a mid-sized coastal master white tile and marble tile porcelain tile and gray floor alcove shower remodel in Orange County with white cabinets, marble countertops, white walls, an undermount sink, an undermount tub, recessed-panel cabinets and a hinged shower door

This adorable beach cottage is in the heart of the village of La Jolla in San Diego. The goals were to brighten up the space and be the perfect beach get-away for the client whose permanent residence is in Arizona. Some of the ways we achieved the goals was to place an extra high custom board and batten in the great room and by refinishing the kitchen cabinets (which were in excellent shape) white. We created interest through extreme proportions and contrast. Though there are a lot of white elements, they are all offset by a smaller portion of very dark elements. We also played with texture and pattern through wallpaper, natural reclaimed wood elements and rugs. This was all kept in balance by using a simplified color palate minimal layering. I am so grateful for this client as they were extremely trusting and open to ideas.
