This kitchen was lacking in storage and counter space. We tore out one wall of cabinets, replacing it with a floor-to-ceiling cabinet that contains the microwave, toaster oven, hooks for jackets/purses, and shoe drawers. We also designed an island, with room for two seats, to fill the un-used space. This South San Jose kitchen remodel includes a large eat-in radius peninsula, custom focal-point backsplash, and stainless appliances. The owners late model, commercial-grade range was incorporated to give this kitchen a unique, semi-industrial feel. The opening to the sunroom was closed in about 6" to make space for an additional base and wall cabinet to hold the toaster oven.

Short term chic & stylish uptown studio. Your home away from home will be like staying in a luxury hotel with a 55" Samsung flat screen with sound bar, WIFI, Premium cable package,Netflix Queen size bed with Italian sheets & luxurious bedding & Writing desk Italian Valcucine kitchenette with glass counters, refrigerator/freezer drawers, wine frig, DW, counter toaster oven. microwave (not a full stove) & induction hot plate. Large spa bath with Over-sized tub,regular & hand held shower heads, black & white marble floor, white vanity with Carrera marble top. White exposed brick, 5" white oak floors , Recessed and Italian light fixtures, Walk-in closet, CAC & Shared laundry. The space is completely private and guests may access the backyard pergola for dining or fresh air. The location is outstanding! Situated on a sough after residential street and only a stones throw away from all the magic Hoboken has to offer. There is a wonderful coffee shop on the corner and we are 1/2 a block from a row of terrific restaurants, Dino & Harry's Steak House, Bin 14 wine bar, The Madison Bar & Grill & the Malibu Diner, just to name a few. The Hoboken Cove and waterfront parks are a mere 2-3 blocks. NYC & local bus on the corner, 3 blocks to the ferry & 15 minutes to the PATH.

This was full kitchen remodel in Lake Oswego. We wanted to take full advantage of the lake views by putting the cooktop on the main island facing the lake and the sink at the window which also has a view of the water. The double islands (island and peninsula) make for a huge amount of prep space and the back butler's counter provides additional storage and a place for the toaster oven to live. The bench below the window provides storage for shoes and other items. The glass door cabinets have LED lighting inside to display dishes and decorative items.
