This incredible lighting installation for the front stairs and deck of this home has been created using Warm White Driverless LED Strip Light for seamless linear lighting. To connect the parts together, multiple lengths of Driverless Interconnector Cables were used for a perfect fitting installation. The lighting from the Driverless LED Strip Light is bright enough to illuminate every inch of the deck with no shadows, and easily fits under the railings, so there is no glare to anyone coming up the stairs or sitting down on the deck. Driverless LED Strip Light requires no transformers and plugs straight into the wall, and can run up to 165 feet using just one plug! The Driverless Lights are also tied to a motion sensor, so the lights come on when a person comes near the stairs, for easy no touch lighting.

Premium 12 volt Soft Strip (SS2P) provides high levels of light with 80+ CRI warm-white LEDs, offering superior color rendering and enhanced color in the space. The 1/2" wide flexible copper strip, with an optically clear protective coating, is sold in 1 ft increments up to 25 ft with easy plug-in connectors on each end. Includes a 6 ft power feed cable. For custom lengths, smaller segments are available in 1 inch increments (sold separately). Use plug-in flexible connectors for making turns and custom configurations. At only 2.3 LED watts per foot, the system dims with a standard electronic low-voltage dimmer using the TEB-60L-12DC, Edge Lighting's exclusive electronic power supply. Self-adhering SS2P mounts to most smooth finished surfaces with the industrial strength 3M tape (provided on back of strip); some unfinished surfaces may require screw-in mounting clips (sold separately). Designed for indoor, open-air environments, SS2P includes a flexible aluminum heat sink to extend LED life. Fixtures include 5 year warranty.

The kitchen area was originally two spaces. The area in the foreground was a butlers pantry/ breakfast room that had been converted to a laundry room. The Kitchen was the area by the window, roughly 8' x 8' and completely cut off from the rest of the house. The island sits on what had been the dividing line between the kitchen and the dining room. We discovered some salvageable hardwood flooring under the linoleum, we brought in salvaged hardwood to match. All the floors were then stained English Chestnut. All the woodwork was removed for construction, then carefully re installed and stripped once the work was complete. The kitchen has a mix of 6" recessed cans, under cabinet lighting, and island pendants. The soffit over the cabinets conceals the HVAC ducting as well as the hood ducting.
