This outdoor area screams summer! Our customers existing pool is now complimented by a stamped patio area with a fire pit, an open deck area with composite decking, and an under deck area with a fireplace and beverage area. Having an outdoor living area like this one allows for plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing!

We built this elevated deck using a Trex RainEscape under-deck drainage system. The owners decided to install a tongue and groove ceiling in Blue Stain Pine, complete with recessed lighting. As a result, they now have a stunning outdoor living space below their deck!

A free-standing roof structure provides a shaded lounging area. This pavilion garnered a first-place award in the 2015 NADRA (North American Deck and Railing Association) National Deck Competition. This stunning ceiling is a clear, smooth cedar with a natural finish. That finish was chosen to highlight the natural color variation in the cedar. The ceiling was framed to allow for the change in directions of the ceiling finish. The center was vaulted for the placement of an impressive chandelier and some indirect lighting. The vaulted area is finished with decorative tin.

The family room is our relaxing room with a fire place in the corner, a 72" High Def TV surrounded by natural stone. The floors are Hickory wood 3/4" thick with hydronic heating under the wood floors. This room has an abundance of natural light.

This gorgeous custom deck with a gabled deck cover was built with an under-deck drainage system. The owners were able to double the size of their outdoor living space with this addition. We also installed recessed lighting in the tongue and groove ceiling.

This space (called the Grotto) below the upper deck provides a place to relax and entertain friends. Move the table under the cover for a waterfront dining experience. The lumber is tight knot cedar with a Penofin finish.
